Found a hair baked into the cheese after reheating my pizza, which is unacceptable. Earlier at pickup, I observed the manager scratch his head at the counter and return to food prep without washing hands or wearing gloves. The food also appeared old, as if it had been sitting out. This was the second order with missing or incorrect items. I’ve ordered Papa John’s for over 26 years and have never experienced standards this poor. I will not return.

I ordered on the app. But did it as a carryout. When I arrived it stated order was ready online and by text as well. But when I got there it was not ready. And I tried to ask a question about the pizza and what came with it. The person whom was at the register did not know and got the manager. He was definitely over the day. Because he was trying to just get rid of us and really was not paying any attention to what we were talking to him about. He just slapped some peppers and garlic sauce in the box. And had us pay. He rushed us from the location. When getting home it was dark outside so we opened our box and I had ordered extras. But they definitely was not on it. And when we started to eat the parmeasan chicken bites there was hair inside the the the food. Literally inside not on top or anything like that but pulled from inside the bites. Instantly got sick. I would not recommend this papa johns location to anyone. I have ordered delivery from this location a few times before. The delivery drivers were very rude and haf a aggressive behavior and demeanor at some point. I did inform the manager about that delivery driver. But nothing was done about it.

Ordered pizza for my parents who are without power, due to the storm, and just wanted a hot meal. used the app, placed it at 5 asked for it to be delivered at 7pm. They were over 2 hours late. I had to call a couple times for updates and on the 2nd round they just wouldn’t answer the phone they were ignoring my calls half the night until the pizza was refused. by the time the pizza made it my parents were in bed it was after 9pm. Unfortunately this has been our experience twice now. I pre-ordered pizza for my son’s birthday party (a year ago) it was 2 hours late. Had a room filled with kids non stop complaining. I’m not sure what has happened but this location sucks they never have workers, blame everything on call outs, and never make it right with their customers and this has been going on for awhile now. Corporate needs called! New leadership needed!

This is the 3rd time I have ordered pizzas from here and they have been terrible, definitely not with the money we pay. My orders have been through the week not on busy nights so they have time to actually put the pizzas together … I always get a specialty and a one topping with some extras . The specialty looks worse than the one topper suppose t have 5 extra toppings where they were I don’t know . Like finding Waldo … seen like 3 green peppers no banana peppers . I just don’t get it… ordered extra garlic sauce 2 of them were busted got home they had leaked on my truck seat. Can’t just run back to tell them this . I am 45 mins away . So I’m done with this location ., probably done with papa John’s all together . My husband said the next day why don’t you splurge and get the good pizzas I said these are , he thought I was just getting her lefts offers or something … papa John’s you have really went down hill .. put long John silvers back in that building…

Food is usually great. But dont expect to get your order anywhere near the time allotted. The app lies to you and says its done and when you get there 40 minutes later they havent even put your order in the oven. Used to be way better

Dont bother ordering extra of any topping. You wont get it. Apparently there is a ham shortage at all pizza places in West Virginia. This pizza was ordered with triple ham. This is a portion of what I received. The service was excellent. They are nice people. But I cant get extra ham on a pizza anywhere near here.

Listen I love eating here I haven’t heard very many good things but I still like eating here it’s a good location but im outside there delivery area so I door dash so I spend more just to get food from here. I work in the restraunt industry I understand it’s frustrating to get foor dash on top of other orders BUT ITS YOUR JOB I mean come on man I just got off a 12 hour shift and was hungry and yall gonna mess up my entire order smh

Just paid $50 for the worst pizza I have ever had in my life. I paid extra for garlic -parm crust and all I got was burnt pizza. I’m from out of state, and I’m shocked that a place putting out this kind of food is even in operations.
