Had a lot of high hopes with this donut place but was highly disappointed with the service. Unpleasant brown eye brown haired lady was very rude. With an attitude she had I’d be surprised at how long she is able to keep or have a job at all. Said I needed to pay before I even get donuts.. implying I’m broke or can’t afford a box or two of donuts and the was rude that she had comments to another worker holding my box in her face saying things under her breath. Took them 3 times to get my order right. Only ordered 4 donuts! And then proceeded to throw all the different donuts in the bag not even individually wrapped so the icing just came off! Not to mention they weren’t even fresh!

Where do I begin. This is the first time and last time I will ever go to this place. The level of disrespect I encountered is completely unacceptable. When I got up to the counter, I said I would like to order a dozen donuts. I started to tell the lady ( I think she was the manager, older dark hair lady ) what kind I would like, and she interrupted me, and said ” Is that all you want? Nothing else? I’m gonna ring it up first, thats the way I like to do it.” I was kinda shocked by her rudeness, but it gets worse. I said “Ok, but I have never had anyone do it like that before.” What she said next was the rudest, most judgemental thing I have ever heard before from a retail employee. She then said ” I want to make sure you have the money to pay for it.” Excuse me? Really? I told her I would not be here if I didnt have $15 dollars for a box of donuts. She then said ” I go places all the time without money”. The nerve of this woman. The clothes I was wearing cost more then her weekly wages i’m sure. I guess she assumed I was poor or something. Then when we moved down to the donut counter, a second lady came over, grabbed a box and proceded to rasie the box up to cover her face, and wisper something to the first lady. Talking about customers right in their face! What the heck is this places deal? This place will never make it with leadership from people like this lady and her crew. I will never return here and spend another dollar.

Pretty clean in the beginning. Dunkin has gone down hill very quickly. I waited 5 to 7 mins kinda confused on where to order or if I could inside no one said hello mam no one even acknowledge me until a customer came in and told me I could order on the screen then an employee rudlu walks over like I’m. Bothering her . Went 1 time won’t be back for a while maybe turnover will change it. My coffee i used to get in ny was nothing like it they where out of whip main reason I went i love that stuff. Maybe a 1x time bad experience and other may have better. But il pass this one over

The young man asked me 3x for my order and then STILL put it in wrong. I stood by and watched him completely disrespect a gentleman and his wife before me when asked for a receipt. The kid was either severely ADHD or he was on something because he clearly didn’t want to be there, knew nothing about customer service . It’s been going down hill over the last few weeks. Shame too because I have been so excited to have one close to home and I drive past Starbucks to get there.

These small dunkin donut express inside the Pilot stations are actually better than the big stores. They are generally fresher and moister. Probably because they are behind the glass case unlike in the stores where they’re out in the open and prone to get stale quickly.
