I’ve always been a fan of this restaurant.Because the food is usually exceptional. However, when you’re forced to eat cold food because they don’t put a utensil in the bag on it to go order it definitely diminishes the taste. I don’t know what happened to this location. But now the service is nil.

I recently ordered a taco platter from this Mexican restaurant for a Secret Santa party at work, and I was very disappointed with the experience. When the food arrived, everything was spilled all over the box, making it impossible to serve.
I placed the order through their website and opted for delivery. When I called the restaurant to explain the situation, I spoke with the manager, who was unhelpful and rude. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed the delivery service and refused to issue a refund or send a new order. His suggestion was simply to contact the delivery company myself, which felt very dismissive.
As a result, we ended up ordering pizza from Domino’s instead. This experience was frustrating, and I cannot recommend this restaurant based on their customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again!

I have to share this and I hope that anyone reading this will heed my words and not just disregard this review. This place has gone downhill so badly that I don’t think there’s any hope for them to ever come back. I have been to this restaurant three times and each time I’ve come, it has gotten worse and worse and worse. The food is disgusting. The prices are insane and the staff is completely rude and inconsiderate. I will say that their behavior and the condition of the restaurant is likely a direct reflection of the ownership given the policies and procedures they have implemented.
Here’s one of my favorites. I met a buddy of mine there a few months ago to have lunch. He got there a few minutes before me and the gal notified him that the restrooms were for customers only. He told her that he was waiting for me and that I would be there in about 10 minutes and her response was simply this. “Fine, you can wait for him and once you guys have ordered food, I will let you use the restroom.” I’m not joking. I’m dead serious and by the way, my friend doesn’t look indigent by any means. He’s a firefighter and is very sharp and it was painfully apparent that he wasn’t homeless or looking for a handout. They are just simply that rude at this restaurant.
I went back there again today completely unwittingly and I should’ve never done it. More craziness happened. This place is shameful. I could give many more examples, but I’m begging you do not eat here you will be disappointed.

Meals are over priced for the lack of flavor and quality. The kent location is way better than this one. Simple requests like salsa, and pickled jalapeno etc is forgotten or you request multiple and will pay for it. You order multiple meals, at least give me 1 salsa per meal! Lol

I’ve been looking forward to trying this place and finally opened. We got the nachos which were good, rolled tacos order of 3 and it didn’t have any good seasoned flavor and won’t get that again. Tried 1 taco and it was alright, I’ve had better. Also got the flan. I want to try it again and order something different but I doubt it.

So I just moved here and I was really hoping to find a really yummy Mexican restaurant like Memos in Auburn and Tacoma. I ordered the staple of chimichanga I got a rubbery tortilla not deep fried. Almost an entire thing was beans and maybe three bites of chicken. I was very disappointed since it was $14.25 I was expecting a nice chimichanga.

Good food, definitely solid for the inexpensive cost and having a drive through option. Got a enchilada, taco, as well as some rolled tacos. All tasty. Beans had a weirder texture to it but tasted good as well as the rice. All good quality for the price. Recommend a visit for certain.

The food was terrible 50$ for 2 tortas 5 tacos and a drink was able to play tug a war with the bare tortillas. I ended up with one tortilla that had nothing on it the tortas only had lettuce avocado and carne ended up throwing both of them away after one bite the bread on them was so bad
