If I could give them zero stars I would. Because I have allergies I had to ask for them to use a clean knife to cut my sandwich and when I was finishing my sandwich with condiments they decided to intentionally soak my sandwich and it was disgusting and soggy! Will NOT return ever!

While I understand that it’s just a sub, it’s being made for me, my way or so I thought. Talk about skimping on ingredients, three times I had to ask for onions and when the sandwich says 2x provolone, isn’t that 8 half slices? And then, only to have just a few drops of the Parmesan vinaigrette and told that there isn’t anymore, when you’re trying to get two identical sandwiches. let somebody know a head of time. Is it so difficult to get a decent sub?

Ordered on their website for delivery at 12:00pm. I called them at 2:00pm and they stated that it is STILL not ready. They said if “I had a problem with that” I could cancel it. You’d think when they make you wait 2+ hours for your food, they wouldn’t have an attitude about it. Awful service.
UPDATE: at 3:00pm they cancelled my order after 3 hours of waiting for my food to be delivered.

Showed up to grab my online order, when I went to fill up my fountain drink the Coke was out. When I said something to the man behind the counter he said I know it’s out get something else????????????? Along with that my sandwich was made incorrectly and was miss our bags of chips. This was an extremely disappointing encounter and won’t be back to that store ever again

Stopped here on the way home from the beach. I don’t know the two employees names, but they were so sweet, and super patient with my kiddos who didn’t know what they wanted to order. Bathrooms were super clean. I highly recommend!

Very fast sandwich prep.
Sandwich artist was personable and actually conversed with us rather than simply saying “what’d ya want” attitude so prevalent at similar establishments.
Definitely recommend.

For such a random and small subway by its self, it had excellent customer service. The bathroom and eating area were clean. The food was as a normal subway food should taste. Overall it was a good experience and if I ever find myself driving through there again I will definitely make a pit stop!!!

We usually order in person but today we used the app, Our food was terrible! Sandwiches were soggy and Jalepenos were put on my wife’s sandwich and both sandwiches drenched in sauce. Never Again!
