Lady seem respectful but messed up the order by charge me for a large and because they made the sandwich they wouldn’t change it. Told me I’d have to wait for a whole other sandwich. Which is kind of BS because they messed up my order. I personally think this to your house is overrated, and pretty expensive for the quality of the food.

This is the best Mr hero! Growing up always loved Mr hero. Used to eat from there every Friday when dad got paid as a kid lol. In all the years, I have found that this particular location is my favorite . Excellent with food! Very clean place! And friendly staff. Every single time!

This is THE BEST Mr. Hero around Cleveland!! Staff is friendly, establishment is clean, food is made fresh and FAST.. I visit a Mr. Hero maybe once every 3 years. I like them but I try not to do too much fast food. The service was very polite and my wait time reasonable. Got 2 Roman Burgers. As good as I remember. The “Large” waffer fries seemed suspiciously small. Makes me wonder how small the “small” is….
