As a take & bake you have to manage your expectations but that being said this location has always been very friendly and consistent with the prep of the pie’s. The price is pretty solid when a sale or special is happening but the regular menu price can be a little high so just wait for those deals and indulge, fortunately it seems there is always some kind of deal going on.

We had an ad and coupon from the website. This store refused to honor it. Made several excuses as to why not. Then told us the ad/coupon has expired years ago. There was not an expiration date. It was listed with the current date. We ended up paying full price, on a Tuesday, for items that should have been half price. There was a certain tone to his voice that sounded like he needed to be socially educated about respect. Do better young man. Show respect. Tell the franchise to update their website, offers, coupons, etc. Because its posting lies and you supported those lies.

Ordered from the app in the parking lot. There is no option to choose what type of sauce on app, so quickly ran in store to ask for pink sauce rather than red. Was told they couldn’t because it manipulates their inventory. We have done this multiple times before with no issue. Seems crazy to monitor stock and inventory, and no adjustments to accommodate where the app has issues. And they recommend to order through app. Likely the last time to visit here.

If you are going to stuff the crust of pizza, please make sure it’s actually stuffed properly! More than half of two of my large pizzas one top of pepperoni one cup of cheese had barely any cheese at all in the stuffed crust when I pay $25 for two pizzas that I have to bake at home myself I would like it to be done actually properly enough to where the advertisements match what I’m taking home to my family!!!!¡

Apparently someone at Papa Murphy doesn’t know how to measure they’re pizza half and half. They expect me to move the toppings and make a mess of it. This is not ok. I called and complained and the guy just said move the toppings around. I didn’t order 2/3 of Hawaiian and 1/3 of pepperoni with pineapples.

This Papa Murphy’s has an amazing crew every time I’m in there. They’re always cheerful and smiling. That amazing disposition makes all the difference. The pizza is really good. We always get it the way we ordered it exactly and it’s fresh.
