Now I am impressed with this place. Most notable was the young woman who served us/took our order, Stephanie. She was awesome. At the time we arrived she was the only person working and during our 15-20 minutes there she ran about 10-15 people through the drive thru by herself. She made her work look easy and she was kind to us and everyone who she served. I was so impressed by how she handled this rush by herself. I will return again due to the incredible service alone, but the snow cones were amazing.

1st time here it was AWESOME!! We got a regular cherry snowcone with cream, hot Koko, and a unicorn. Definitely recommend the unicorn it was the BEST!!

Quite a tasty shaved ice! The flavoring went throughout the whole ice, and the white creamed flavor added a lot to it. This is more of a delicacy as the prices are a bit higher, but the quality is high as well. The interior is nice as well being beach themed, and the outside seating is nice. I would recommend simplifying the menu a bit as it’s quite large – overall great shop!

I’ve always had a good experience here they have great shaved ice and smoothies! The employees always treat me well and they will get your order in a pretty good time! It is a chill environment to hangout and always very clean inside!

The service was amazing!! The food was okay, could use a few more flavors for the shave ice though. Walking into the store I was hit with an incredibly unpleasant odor that didn’t go away. Then the music selection was… Horrible, very very Christian.

Usually pretty good. However, the last order I had was for pickup, and instead of getting the regular top on the shaved ice, we got the flat top with a lid. The flavor was also a it odd. Not only that, but my family got diarrhea from it.

3 stars because the past 2 times my family has gone we’ve had to wait at least 20 minutes in line, with only 1 or 2 vehicles ahead of us. Then once at the window they completely forgot what our order was. So we had to reorder everything and wait. Once we received our drinks, they were awesome and flavorful. The downside is the long wait and high prices.

It took 5 kids 30 min to get me 2 Sno Cones and a pup sno. Unbelievable and unacceptable. No adults or someone “in charge” to complain to, might as well let someone know through here. Next time dont hire kids who dont know what’s going on. Im not mad, its just the time wasted for just a simple order and they still got my order wrong. (:
