Justin and Josh went above and beyond after a crappy start. I ordered online, it got pushed to Door Dash and the driver went to the wrong location. DD communicated with me but once I gave them the correct address they ghosted me. After 40 mins I called the Murray location, Josh canceled the order thru DD and set me up with a fresh order that was delivered by the manager, Justin. Justin called me with his ETA, showed up in record time with a huge smile, and was happy to make the situation right. Excellent customer service right there! My pizza and bread sticks were so fresh and warm and tasted DELICIOUS!! Will order from the location again and again!

I ordered two pizzas and 3 extra sauces from here. Almost two hours later, my order was delivered. It was cold, missing the 3 extra sauces and still doughy and undercooked. Yes they refunded the order, however I had to recook the pizza they sent, and dealing with my diabetic wife’s plummeting glucose levels(dropped to 63). This is highly disappointing from a company I used to call my favorite. Pap John’s, you’re competing with places like the The Pie, step up your game or close your doors. This type of service was uncalled for, the product was inexcusable, and the only redeeming quality was your manager who initiated the refund. I would have gladly paid the cost for a quality product. Be better Papa John’s. You are going to continue to lose customers if you don’t.

Through a series of unfortunate events a pizza order was screwed up. No fault to Papa John’s but screwed up nonetheless then general manager, Justin cory Stepped in. Literally coming to the rescue and possibly saving my job. If this post sounds dramatic it’s because it is. Thanks for everything Justin.

After being assured over the phone that Papa John’s would be making the delivery, the papa tracker said Doordash would be picking up the order. The pizza was dry and wings were cold and barely sauced, making them pretty terrible… The blue cheese had separated so bad that it was inedible. Disappointing to see so many companies fall short on quality. Definitely not worth what I paid. Called to communicate the issue and it was left to ring like they just didn’t want to answer. I can’t imagine they’re actually that busy on a Wednesday.

The guy at the front counter did not have a uniform on and he was to busy organizing boxes to help. Afyer 5 minutes an employee from the back finally asked if I needed help.
I was only picking up an online order.

Is there a way to leave zero stars? The photos don’t do this justice. This was the worst pizza. Doughy, under done, and grainy cheese. The best part was the ranch.

Great pizza, $6.99 deal is the way to go if you are unsure. Got too much food, have left overs now. Delicious. 5/5 stars. Bring back Schnatter! They did him wrong.

Not sure why you guys think it’s okay to drizzle buffalo sauce on buffalo wings. Buffalo wings are supposed to be smothered in buffalo sauce or cooked in it, not lightly drizzled. What are you saving with your cheap drizzles? A few cents per order? Well how about I NEVER buy wings from your store again or better yet just start going to another papa johns that isn’t run by cheapskates, how much will you “save” then?
Look at the pictures. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t buy wings from this place, they have a sauce shortage.
Also, pretty obvious from the reviews that the owner of this store just doesn’t care anymore. Avoid this place.

We have not had papa johns for some time now. We ordered the Hawaiian chicken barbecue no onions we got it with no pineapple not a huge big deal. Then the associate up sells me on breadsticks I asked him if they’re good and what he prefers he says he couldn’t recommend it to me because everybody has different taste buds. Then don’t upsell people if you can’t recommend it. I know why he can’t recommend it because they were nasty and burn very disappointed now I know why we haven’t been back for a while.

This place ruined my night. They charged $13.77 to my card *FOUR TIMES* while the online shopping cart said “Try again later” yet no order was ever created and they refused to refund my money or even make the pizza “because we don’t see any orders in our system” so they told me to call my bank and didn’t give me any other option. So I just spent $55 on non-existent pizza that I’ll never be able to eat and now I need to do the extra work myself to *hopefully* get that $55 refunded for pizza that I never received.
