Really cool place to hang out. Lots of options. We ordered two different fries. Regular and sweet fries. Super crispy, great seasoning and moist inside with fresh baked oil. Highly recommend it.

The food at this food truck is delicious! We look forward to their Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The sandwiches are large and very flavorful. Hands down great spot and the location at a la cart is so fun.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting one of the best food trucks I’ve encountered, specializing in artisanal sandwiches. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how welcoming and family-friendly the atmosphere was. Despite the steady stream of orders pouring in, the team managed to prepare each dish in record time, ensuring that every sandwich left the truck looking picture-perfect and bursting with flavor. The quality of the food was absolutely top-notch.
My favorite sandwich so far has to be the B&B Chicken Parm. It’s an absolute explosion of flavors that takes your taste buds on a journey. The homemade sauce perfectly complements the fresh pesto, and the crispy chicken is just the right amount of crunch. Every bite is a harmony of textures and tastes that keeps you coming back for more. It’s the kind of sandwich where you can taste the care and passion that goes into crafting it.
The service was another highlight. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly dedicated to ensuring every customer had a great experience. They made sure all the orders were prepared quickly without compromising on quality, and it showed in the smiles of everyone around.
Overall, this food truck is a gem. The combination of high-quality, delicious food, a warm and welcoming environment, and stellar customer service makes it a place I’ll definitely be returning to. Whether you’re a local or just passing through, I highly recommend giving it a try—you won’t regret it!

Worst cheesesteak I ever tasted! First time eating here, paid $18 bucks for a 6 inch cheesesteak that was totally bland and had a half slice of cheese on the bottom. Please look at the photo. Had to wait until I got home to add more cheese and seasoning to doctor it up. PLEASE don’t waste your hard earned money on this trash. Also: the photos are so misleading. Surely did fool me, I won’t ever be back to this place! What a shame, I’m so disappointed.
FYI: Oh yea I took a bite of the sandwich when I got to the car. Terrible!

This is the first time my mother and I went here and it’s a beautiful atmosphere! The portion size was great and it did not take long for our food to be made. However, the food was extremely salty and became Un edible… we had to waste all of our sandwiches and money because of how salty it was. I’m not saying it’s like this all the time but for our first time it was terrible.

The area is a very cool outdoor food truck vibe with plenty of options but tonight we choose Brick & Butter artisan sandwiches. What a flavor explosion in my mouth with the juice of the meat and the cheese dripping down my hand I wanted to scoop it up with a fry like no one was watching. The fries were well seasoned I didn’t need a sauce like I always do. The menu is priced perfect with everything being made to order. The bread is fresh and made daily. The service is so friendly and warm asking is everything was good. The beer was an extra from inside the little garage bar seating area. This was well worth a drive.

I had the Chicken Parm at Brick and Butter, and it was absolutely incredible. The flavors were perfectly balanced—crispy chicken, rich marinara, and melty cheese all on a perfectly toasted bun. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was just as impressive. It felt warm, welcoming, and full of good energy, making the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back—not just because of how good everything was, but also because they’re always introducing new sandwiches. It’s the kind of place that keeps things exciting and delicious.

Ate here at the Culinary Collective in downtown and after a few questions made my decision on The Butcher Cut. Excellent service and excellent food.

The pizzas are great, but the sandwiches at the alacart downtown are sub par. The bread on the pernil sandwich was too dense, dry and chewy. It had very little stand alone flavor.. which took away from the juicy pernil it was served with.
The chicken parm sandwich wasn’t horrible, but at the same time wasn’t a satisfying experience. The price point for the sandwiches are way too high here. Not trying to be too harsh on a local small business, but the sandwiches truly taste like homemade food that needs to stay home and doesnt have that “this is something I’m happy that I paid for” quality.
