This was my first time trying BC Pizza, and I can see why they’ve expanded to so many locations in Michigan. I tried a large patrolman’s special, and it was a solid pie. The ingredients seemed good, and there was plenty of cheese. The crust was nicely chewy, and had decent flavor. Overall I was quite happy with it, and I’d probably try it more often if there was a closer location.

Love their pizza! Normally people don’t like the outside pizza crust and it goes in the trash but this place will change your mind. It’s a sweet home style pizza dough. They don’t skimp on toppings. Cinnamon pinwheels and toasted subs are also good.

Somewhat disappointed, The deep dish crust was like a thick bread baked separately with pizza toppings added. Toppings were fine, but the pie was a little light on cheese and sauce.

I love BC pizza. Was very disappointed tonight. Pizza was dry, cheese was dry.
Ordered a pizza and bread sticks. Asked if I could get ranch instead of pizza sauce and purchase a second ranch. Was told yes. I got there within 5 mins of my pick up time. Seen I was charged for 2 ranch. (Thought one dipping sauce would be free, guess not). So I canceled one. Got it off the bill….. all is good at this point.
Got home 5 minutes later and the pizza was cold and very dry.
Called and spoke with manager and told him my situation. He asked if I thought there was not enough sauce. No that was not the problem. He said he didn’t know why it would be any different. Thanked me for the call.
I just wanted a fresh pizza. Would have drove back for a fresh pizza and returned my dry one.

quick summary, really good pizza and salad bar, ok bread sticks and customer service. make sure you read the menu before ordering, but I will definitely come back again.
First off, I came in said I’ve never been here, what do you recommend. Decided to go with the 20.99 special, was not told there would be an upcharge for bacon until after I paid.
Then asked about upgrading to cheese bread, was told they don’t do that here.
Asked about the buffet, was told they do chicken, 2 kinds of bread sticks and several pizzas for 10 dollars and includes a drink… Cool, my mom loves chicken I’ll bring her here.
Well, come the following day to the Buffet and walk in at 11:32 am, buffet was not even available, lady told me well start getting food out shortly…
After a bunch of food was brought out I asked about the chicken and was told they don’t have any today because it all depends on the chicken they get. Keep in mind this is a Friday. You would think they would have it.
I told them that’s the whole reason why I brought my mom because she doesn’t eat pizza much, she wanted the salad and chicken. UPDATED PART:::: THEY FOUND CHICKEN IN THE BACK…… WOOHOO…. chicken is really good and not heavily breaded. they apologized as well.
Also, they did have chicken pizza on the buffet, just no chicken they described the day prior.
Now on to the food…. The bread sticks were greasy as hell the night I came out and had salt on them… Through me for a loop. but the bread sticks at the buffet were not greasy or as salty.
Cheese bread is greasy as expected but pretty good. The pizzas are actually very good and worth the price.
chicken bites are really good and not heavily breaded. I believe they baked the chicken which is a plus.
they did clarify that they buffet can change and they don’t always include popcorn chicken. so a little miscommunication between employees.

While the food is pretty good, it is frustrating to order from here for parties. The slices constantly seem to be different sizes. Some are the size of two slices and others the size of just half a slice.
Also, never leave without checking everything! They almost never remember to put your sauce in the boxes. This last time, I actually remembered to check and while they put one sauce when I walked back in with my receipt, they acted like I was trying to scam them for 30 cents worth of sauce.
I love that they offer dairy free pizza with vegan cheese but with the attitude you receive, I’d rather take a break.

I enjoy the chicken and pepperoni spirals but the last time I had ordered them I asked for extra cheese well the chicken ones 4 were empty not a thing in them and the pepperoni ones had 2 or 3 empty and Def no extra cheese. Was very dissapointed being we eat here once a week! Also ordered chips and cheese and never again there were like 10 chips cheese only on the top chips burnt hardly any beef on the chips! Then was told be 30 min and a hr and 10 min later we had our food. I get things happen but after all that I had to leave a review!
