One of the best birria joints I’ve been too. Absolutely delicious! Flavors dancing in my mouth! Gah damn. Their red salsa is fire!so damn good. Their green salsa is mild but flavorful. I doused salsas all over. Overall ten outta ten! And the gentleman tht served me was wonderful! I’d come here often but I’d get fat lol Good to know they have many other locations closer to Tacoma -federal way and auburn. Next time I’m getting the pizza!..to share lol Oh and you can call in advance! I was just there a few days ago and the sign is still there; so convenient as this location is in the parking lot of a gas station.

So I have always wanted to try Birria Pizza and Birria Ramen, so I am new to these, but man oh man! Went in tonight 12/6 and tried both. Liked them both, loved the pizza a bit more, but dipped in the Ramen Consume, the pizza did not come with consume as I assumed, but made it work with the Ramen. Both are good I would recommend both! Atmosphere only got docked because of the actual area, just before closing very rainy/windy and wet, so waiting in the car is a must as there is no protection outside! All in all Give it a try if you happen to be in the area, they also have Birria Tortas, Fries and several other thing! ENJOY!

Initially, this place was pretty awesome, but they’ve switched out to a MUCH smaller unit. Our last two visits have been underwhelming; many of our tacos were broken and crumbled, and our birria fries were soggy and limp – the single person working having to rush to keep up.

This place is fantastic. I’ve driven past it many times and finally gave it a try, and I’m glad I did. We wanted lots of things, but decided to go big and get the Birria Pack. My kids mostly just wanted the churros, so I’m glad that came with the pack. Everything was incredible. The tacos were tasty, the fries and the churros all so amazing. I highly recommend.

This place just opened in Maple Valley and it’s great! We have been to the location in Burien and so glad they’ve opened here in MV. They’re known for their Birria which is really good! Our family enjoyed it very much. The consume was good but a little on the salty side. As for the Al pastor tacos, they’re decent. We enjoy Al pastor elsewhere. Churros though, yummm! We’ll definitely be back, especially on taco Tuesdays!

No prices on the boards so I asked and was lied to about the price. The tacos were 75% more than I was told they were, and then while I was waiting the guy was on the phone with someone talking trash about me, like I couldn’t hear them from a few feet away.
The crispy tacos were just barely crispy and the juice from the birria completely soaked them in the couple of minutes.

The pizza tortilla had a stale taste. Like it was reheated or something. I hope to try again or maybe I had the wrong location because previous orders have been very clean meat, this time not so much. I could tell from the taste this was different so maybe there’s been a change in meat supply.
The flavor though was good. Sauces have a fresh taste, extra guac was good.

10/8/2025 I called and ordered 3 soft taco and a pizza at 11:54am, when I got there I saw only a young guy work solo, so it took him a while to get my order done at 12:35, when I got home I opened the pizza box, it was only a pizza in there without any veggies they normally put in there and the thickness of the pizza only half the size compare with what I got before( when they just open), so I don’t know this is just one time mistake or this will become a new standard for them, but I’m very disappointed with the food today. Of this gonna be the new normal standard from now on, I don’t think I’ll return.
