let me stay off to say I NEVER write reviews but this place is so incredibly FRUSTRATING I ordered at 5:20 called back 7 times on two different phones and times and u til 7:30 calling on a third phone was it picked up because they never delivered the order once they did they sent out the wrong pizza. excused me by saying “we ran out of it” and instead of asking what we would like to replace it with sent out a mystery pizza absolutely unacceptable never ordering from here again.

I recently ordered from this place , I called and , placed my order . So ,I arrived my order wasn’t even ready , a girl who looked 15 , the cashier was laughing and, said hi can I help you .? I said I’m here to pick up my order I told her my order . 10 minutes later , she couldn’t find my order then another worker a guy asked we couldn’t find your order . I said I called he stated he had no clue that I called but funny the worker sounded like the one who answered the phone in the first place , so I then showed him my phone and, the time I called . He then looked at me confused and, said oh what did you order .? So , then told him my order again . Then he said ok I’m make it 10 minutes . I went to go sit down and, a worker was cleaning the area where they had tables the place wasn’t that clean .The phone rang and, the guy worker apparently was talking to a customer and, I didn’t see the worker write things down and, then was laughing about it oh what they order . Really , wonder why my order was not even ready for pickup in the first place. Lastly , I noticed the workers were staring at me and, saying stuff and, the cashier was singing and, laughing. If you can’t handle running a business and , take orders don’t work in a pizza place .My Order was ready after being there awhile my order came to 21 dollars for a large plain pizza which looked like a small and, an order of cheese fries . This was my first time here as a paying customer and, the last time I give this pizza place my business.!

Ordered and it came In the 40 minutes, my only complaint isn’t about the food, if we pay an additional $5 for delivery I expect you to knock on my door to deliver my food, I’m not walking to your car! And then he asked me for a tip, my tip was next time knock and you may get an additional tip, but I paid the $5 without a complaint so deliver the food properly….I ordered, The Megan Burger minus the mozzarella cheese! Any other time I get pizza on a Sunday, I automatically get the Sunday Special price. Today, they refused to give me the special price because I didn’t say that on the call?? What the hell? Never been a problem before?
Truth? I already paid, and in cash. So they didn’t feel like processing the refund amount.
I’ve been a consistent patron of this business since 2018, along with referring many friends and family members here. Won’t be getting my business anymore, that’s for sure.
