Coming from me, Jersey Mike’s in Narragansett, RI truly impressed me. I was honestly blown away by their sandwich. I ordered a steak sandwich all the way, and it was absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and piled high with fresh ingredients on great bread.
On top of the amazing food, the place itself is beautifully designed and extremely clean. Everything was spotless, including the bathroom, which really says a lot. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. This location is definitely a go-to spot when I’m in the area.

I’ve always been a fan of Jersey Mike’s—the food is consistently great, and I was genuinely excited when this location opened nearby. It’s been a welcome addition to the area, and I’ve enjoyed having easy access to my favorite subs.
However, I feel compelled to share a troubling experience that’s occurred more than once. There is an employee at this location who appears to be under the influence while working—often nodding off behind the counter and visibly disconnected from the task at hand. On multiple occasions, I’ve witnessed tense altercations between this individual and other staff members while waiting for my order. It’s uncomfortable, unsettling, and frankly feels unsafe.
I’m genuinely surprised this behavior has been allowed to continue, especially when it seems other employees are aware of it. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses the issue—not just for the safety of customers, but for the well-being of the team and the integrity of the brand.

New Jersey Mike’s location opened up here in the Wakefield/Narragansett area. Great location in a plaza with many options for food shopping, clothes and other things, dinner was good as always. I usually get the club sub with Xtra bacon.

The quality of the food has been good really disappointed in the amount of roast beef. They put on a large sandwich a little bit less than 4 1/2 ounces of meat for $21 seems a little ridiculous. Love the fresh bread but they really really skimp on the amount of roast beef they put on a sandwich for the price. It’s been three different times.

I love jersey mikes but this one in narragansett is rough!!!! I work not to far and everyone in my office likes to get JM every so often, but the last two times our sandwiches have all been wrong…. like wayyyyy wrong. We had to call and they gave us a full refund both times but still its super annoying cause now we wasted our lunch. Its great the managers are super nice and just refund us but it keeps happening its hurting them and us. So we will give them one more chance until we move on. Hopefully the store can figure it out and get everyone on the same speed. I don’t mind slow service when everything is right. But when you have slow service and everything is wrong, that becomes problematic.

Placed mobile order, 15 mins away. Arrived and waited 40 minutes to get the subs. We watched 6 +people stand in line and leave without ordering. One employee was hustling but the others seemed lost. Not going back

So this is coming from a Philadelphian that is hard to please with cheesesteaks/hoagies. Better than Subway and DeAngelos but that’s not saying much. The roll is always the hardest thing to duplicate and they have done a decent job but overall it’s just a miss. For some reason they cut the bread all the way through when making cold sandwiches but not for the cheesesteaks. Rolls Should never cut all the way through. I would prefer the lunch meat on cold subs to be sliced thin and they get close but still too-thick. The staff are on point and service is great. Clean joint too. I voiced my opinions to regional manager and was rewarded with a few free subs so they try to take care of their custi’s too.

I was actually amazed at this location. I’ve been only to one and the service was not the best and since customer service is huge for me..never went back. I was hesitant to go to the Narragansett location but so glad that I did. Impressed with the staff and the number of people working and helping customers. Super polite and engaging during the order process. Then the subs..outstanding. Thank you for providing exceptional customer service and great subs!!

I work in NK, live in SK. I go to the jersey Mikes in EG frequently. This one is great. (EG is good too). Super cool to have this option a few minutes from my house. Got 2 different sandwiches and both were phenomenal. I fully expect that this place will do extremely well in this location. Hopefully they can keep up with the amount of business they’re going to do! Welcome to the neighborhood, and I wish you well.
