Such a pleasant place to go eat. The staff are the best. They are super friendly and very fast service. The food here is excellent and it’s a place you don’t want to miss if you’re in town. It’s a very clean restaurant. Make sure to ask for Mike and Helen as they will brighten your day no matter how bad it’s going.

First off, Emma B was our server and she did an exceptional job! It was mine & my husband’s first time here & we loved it ! We just moved to Dummerston / Brattleboro and we’ve been having a hard time finding a spot in this area that fits our lifestyle. A1 is clean, updated, chill atmosphere, friendly staff, easy to read menu, GREAT food! & cute seasonal cocktails.

Their fried calamari was fantastic and the spicy chili sauce was a unique twist to the usual marinara we were accustom to eating it with. I ordered the pastrami sandwich with sautéed onions and mustard and my partner got chicken broccoli Alfredo. After a long day of moving we left here stuffed and satisfied!

Really nice! Same owner as before in old location! Now its a beautiful restaurant! Got a full bar booth seating as well as high back chairs and a new expanded menu! Good prices and good food! Check em out! Re-visted on 10/26/19! Service was slow and it took over a half hour to get our food! My wife had the baked haddock! It was ok! Vegetables were kinda bland! My spaghetti was just ok! Meatballs were mush! Took away a star tonite!

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant for the first time this evening. We are so glad we did!
We were welcomed and seated promptly after entering. Restaurant is very clean, and nicely decorated for Valentine’s Day coming up.
Our food was wonderful, I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and he ordered the meat lover’s pizza. Our food came out in a timely manner and our waitress was wonderful and attentive.
The atmosphere was wonderful, there were several other parties enjoying food, but the place wasn’t crowded. Several more guests came in to pick up food they had ordered ahead.
The space is bright and there is a seasonal photo op backdrop setup for guests to take a photo. A neighboring table took the opportunity and their waitress took the photo for them.
We will absolutely return again. A very positive experience and we hope this restaurant stays around for a very long time.

Best pastrami I’ve had in the entire Pioneer Valley. Touch shy on the meat but quality and value are still there. $12 for a Large grinder made perfectly can’t be beat.
Great service.
Removed a star on the food star for the cheesecake – $7 and not worth it at $3.
Was told by the server it was ‘excellent’. She lied. Sky was a great server apart from that.
