Nothing grinds my gears like low class, ignorant employees. The same 2-3 that just stand there and stare at you until you order. No smile, no hello, not even a lick of English at Einstein’s Bagel and all American place. I don’t bother even speaking Spanish with these miserable girls as they shouldn’t be employed anywhere. The two times I’ve gotten a bagel there they were stale. One was so hard I couldn’t chew it at all. Do you think me going back in there and saying that was going to change anything with those women?

I ordered my food via Uber Eats. Very small amount of salmon; three slices of red onion, I found total 3 capers ; no tomatos at all. Lately, packing was done very sloppy.

Bagels where stale. Very hard most likely from the day before. Never have I went to an Einstein Bros bagel and got bagels that are hard as a brick.
This location is in a gas station should have known it wouldn’t be the same quality as an actual Einstein Brothers. Knew something was wrong when I didn’t smell the fresh bagels cooking.
Stay away from this location. It’s apparent they just sell bagels from previous days.

Saturday, 3/29/2025 2:24pm, called to place an order after attempting to place the order online but was inoperable. The gentleman that answered said they don’t place orders over the phone that we would have to come in. I explained that I was trying to place ahead of time so we don’t show up 15 mins before closing. He said not to worry, come in. My husband drove 10 mins and arrived at 2:40. When he arrived, they said “Sorry we are closed, we closed early”. I can’t believe that they wasted our time. So incredibly rude!! I’ll never go to that location EVER AGAIN.

Great! I’ve gone to this location several times and it is always super tasty and fresh. I tried going to the location that’s further down fourth Street, and had a horrific experience. So I drove back to this location, and it is incredible per usual. Very friendly employees, very fresh food, always hot!

Didn’t have any expectations for this little Einstein’s in the gas station, but the two ladies running it were so kind and efficient. It was early and I was feeling tired and their positivity really made my morning. Also, they had oat milk.
