Service was very slow to begin with. Ordered a sonic blast, chocolate chip cookie dough, got about five cookie dough pieces and no chocolate chips. Didn’t know this until I was already gone. Went back weeks later ordered again and same results. This time I checked right when I got my order. Same result no chocolate chips. Waitress said it didn’t come with the chips. Evidently they don’t know the menu. Poor poor service won’t go back to that one.

Waited almost an hr for 5 milk shakes. Called them back about 30 min into waiting and she said they never got an order from us! We had to repeat each thing to her multiple times and she gave us a total so we know we ordered. She came out and had us repeat the order to her, I’m not sure why she wasn’t writing anything down, came back and said they found it and they making them know, waited another 10/15 min! Watched her come out with a tray of milk shakes set it down on the table next to two other employees smoking next to the doors, walked back in(leaving the shakes just sitting on the table) walked back out sat down with they guys and another lady came out grabbed the shakes and walked back inside. Absolutely horrible service. We ended up leaving with no shakes.

Ridiculous…waited at stall more than 15 minutes before my order was taken, ordered 1 mini custard and 1 medium slush, waited another 10 minutes to watch order come out and go right back in, waited another 5 minutes before getting out and walking inside to ask for my drinks, received them and paid at the door. Received 2 apologies and my change which was short by 29 cents. Enjoyed my desserts just don’t feel that I should’ve had to wait so long or get out of my vehicle. This status must improve because some customers were driving away as well.

I’ve been to this sonic about 13 times in the last 2 month due to it being right next to my motel… out of those 13 times I’ve been able to eat the fries once bc every time they have either been there all day and are hard as a rock or burnt so bad they taste like 47 year old grease… this has got to be the worst fast food restaurant I’ve been to in my entire life… like how can you possibly do so bad all the time? I for sure wont be back and I hope this review let’s people know not to come here if you want good food and or good service

NO STARS!! Worst sonic ever! Been here three times. Every time I pull up a little guy is outside smoking and thanking us “plant workers” for coming, and they’re offering 10% off (that we never get). He says they’re trying to better the place, but half the employees are outside. My order is wrong every time and SLOW. I do not recommend this sonic to anyone.

Rudeness for starters, then nonexistent service. I ordered a drink. 10 minutes later I still had no drink. I drove away. And I will not be going back or recommending this place to anyone. A job is just what you make it when you don’t have fun doing it. If you like what you do, you’ll never work a day. Nothing about this place is positive.

So I come here push the button and start waiting. About 5 mins go by and even though they don’t seem that busy as there are only 4 cars here no one has gotten with me. Even though the employees are just meandering around. Then a car pulls up next to me pushes the button and boom gets the person on the mic. I can’t tell you why they didn’t answer my button push. The screen says I pushed it. They all see me sitting here as I am able to see them look at me. I will leave and go somewhere else. And next time I am in the area for work I’ll eat at one of the few other places.

Order was incorrect paid $.70 for bacon on a sandwich. Tipped over 50% but should have checked for my bacon. Big disappointment. I will give them another chance but will give attention to detail. $9.60 + $5 tip. I even tipped $2 for my coworker whom forgot cash for his tip with different server.

The worst sonic I’ve ever been to. They never open on time, are extremely slow even when it’s not busy, you never get everything you order and when you pay with cash they can’t seem to give you the right change when you call them on it they get man and don’t return. I’ve been there multiple times and it’s always the same.

Terrible experience. Ended up just leaving after not getting the order right after 3 tries. The fountain drinks were out of syrup, so they simply sent differt drinks with the hopes of approval. Also tried to get a refund, but was never issued a reciept, and after 30 minutes of working for “fast food”, simply left with disgust. Not a single apology was extended…..
