This Starbucks was awesome ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service is wonderful and the baristas are on point.
Ordered a tall Café Americano and was given the option to get it in a regular coffee mug (because I was eating there) instead a paper cup. Loved it ! The trenta black tea with peach juice for my husband was made perfectly also. Not too sweet and nicely iced.
Highly recommend a stop here if you’re in the area.

My hometown Starbucks of Lakewood, California… Super convenient, super close to my high school, the baristas and everybody are super cordial and super nice… Don’t changea thing, Starbucks… except maybe lower your prices…

Great service by Angelica with our coffee and then our sandwich to go! Friendly and quick and provided what we needed. This Starbucks has indoor and outdoor seating, and even when busy accommodated many and didn’t feel super crowded.

I would’ve given 5 stars but barista Brittany feels the need to keep showing me a whole gallon of milk in front of anyone standing around asking me “ is this enough creme” then proceeds to pour . That is so unprofessional of her! Just make the coffee as requested and then if I don’t like it I”ll kindly let you know as any other customer would. She is the only barista that does this . And it’s becoming quite annoying! Everyone else is spectacular by the way!

I go to this location all the time!! I don’t know if this girl was new but I’ve never seen her before I got 3 shots of espresso over ice in a tall cup with regular cream and white mocha. they put very light cream I asked for a side of half n half (never an issue at ANY location) but for some reason she wanted to charge me for a latte? I explained to her a side of half n half is free and she laughed in my face when I asked for her name she replied “I refuse to give my name” maybe because she new I was going to file a complaint on her. 8/25/24 around 5pm. I Guess she was willing to risk her job because if I was anyone else they probably would have started fighting her or arguing with her because that laugh she did was extremely rude!

I was skeptical when I saw the significantly higher star count/score/reviews compared to other stores, but now that I’ve visited, it makes sense. When I walked in, I was handed 3 samples of different drinks and found a new favourite- much better than what I was ordering. It was an all-female staff, many employees, and I received my drink promptly. I’ve been to a number of stores in this area where employees argue and try to start a row with customers (not sure what they have to gain from it). Opposite experience here. Hope I’m back in the area again soon. Anyways, just my experience.

I never thought I would write a review for a starbucks because we’ll, it just another starbucks. But…..
The service here was outstanding. The person in front of me ordered 30 drinks and I thought I would be there forever since there were only 4 workers. But noooo, I didn’t have a chance to relax. They had me out of there in 5 minutes.
This is the most efficient starbucks I’ve ever been to. They had 2 people working on the big order and the other 2 taking care of the line of customers. I started writing this as soon as I got to my car and the person with the large order just left with loads of drinks
