Stopped here in the middle of a road trip. I thought this was an exemplary KFC/Taco Bell. It seemed they were training a new employee on register, but more experienced employees quickly helped out. Very clean and if in need of a bit of updating or touch ups. The food was excellent. In the top 10% of all taco bell orders. Food was juicy, fresh, and well cooked. I would stop here again if I’m ever in the area.

Okay, it’s 530 and they have no chicken livers on thursday1/11/2024. I was told they sold out on the first day. I cannot tell you how many times I have been there and they’re out. So If you’re selling them that quickly wouldn’t you think to order more?

The floors in the lobby were so greasy. I actually got some good practice in on my moonwalking. But seriously though….you have to start using a different mop for the lobby and the back. It’s really dangerous. They were a little slow on service because some group of younger workers were congregating in the back. Other than all that the food was good.

went to order the family size chicken dinner, they said they had no legs, we said well can you fix it fresh, they said hang on I’ll go ask, really? then they said well it will be 30 minutes if u want it fresh, we said that was fine, being we didn’t live in this town and traveled here to eat, then she came back after we paid and said well it’s going to be 45 minutes to wait on it, was gonna be around $40.00 for everything we was getting, but they lost our service needless to say, and will be reported! We can take hints that you SURELY didn’t want to cook, maybe you should have asked the cook that didn’t have the music earphones in!!!

I was getting my father in law some chicken. They were out of what he wanted and said they were not making anymore but gave him one extra piece of other chicken. It was cold and grease. The cashier was too worried about talking to her friend. It took them 10 minutes to get 3 pieces of chicken. The floor was so slick my daughter almost fell. The bathrooms were not clean and out of toilet paper.
