I’ve been ordering Domino’s since before the Noid was on T.V. Never had an issue. Ordered the Veggie pizza. Asked to be delivered between 5:00pm and 5:20 and it arrived at 5:04pm. Got 40% off through DoorDash. Excellent flavor, tastes fresh, very good pizza for the price. Got a medium delivered with 5$ tip for 20$ total. You can’t go wrong with Domino’s. 20$ delivered with tip and tax for a speciality pizza is a really good deal. A+ as always. I’ve never had a bad experience at any Domino’s……

Busy is not their strong point. Placed an order here on a Friday night at 5pm. I arrived and was unable to turn off the street into the pick up line. After 15 minutes the same vehicle was still at the pick up window and the line had not moved. There was traffic backed up on Henderson Street and there was almost a couple of accidents. I was finally able to make it in the lot to pick up my order but had to go inside. There was a line inside and one employee was doing his best to get offers for everyone. All of the other employees were just in zombie mode and ignoring customers and orders and just ventral getting in each other’s way. The food was good when I got it and it was hot and fresh. They did unfortunately forget the dipping sauces that I ordered. Food was great, service not so much. I will go elsewhere if it is a high demand time.

We ordered our pizza for pick up an hour before we needed it because we had heard they are really slow. They told us it would be ready at the drive up in 45 minutes. My husband was there in 45 minutes but no one came to the window for at least 15 minutes (even though they were looking at him and knew he was there). They finally came to the window and told him it would be another 45 minutes!!! My husband went back after another 45 minutes and they wouldn’t come to the window so he parked and went inside. He waited another 15 minutes inside. One pizza was very cold so it had been sitting the entire time and another one was extremely burnt! Will never go back!

I don’t think they know how to work the door dash app or something. They failed two door dash orders in a row.. first time had a missing item, this time the whole order was missing. It was marked as delivered but nothing. Thankfully door dash refunded me and I ordered Casey’s, pretty sad when gas station pizza is more reliable.

In Galesburg Illinois we placed an order at 6:30 PM that took over 1 hour 15 minutes to get it and it was very cold and the puzza crust was not even done. The new junk tracker Dominos has now showed that the pizza left the store at 7:17 PM and it still took them over 20 minutes to deliver it to our house that is only .70 miles from the Dominos store.
This is the worst experience we have had with them although it is not the time it has taken a very long time to be delivered cold.
The pizza we ordered on Friday night this week took only 22 minutes from the order time to when it was delivered to our house so it is hard to understand how they can do that on Friday night and not even close on a Monday night.
We called the store and after 12 or more calls finally got a person and asked for the manager and after they put us on hold and cut us off trying to get tge phone off hold we called back and finally got transfered again to who it was thought was the manager (a man) and basically he said sorty but he could not do anything about it and tgat they were short delivery people. They should not accept the order or make the pizza and just let it sit to be delivered cold. They should hold it back until they know it could be drlivered shortly after it comes out of the oven. After hung up on again wr called bavk and asked the managers name that us Valerie but was also told she would not be there until in the daytime on Tuesday. We feel this store is not ran very well and does not have qualified people working there or a qualified manager handling how they should be working in her absence.

2nd time in as many months that we have ordered and the order was only warm and half the order was wrong. We moved from Florida and this is the worst domino’s we have ever seen. Will not order here again.

I order from this store frequently and recently this store has been super slow, the app will say it’s complete and I pull up and it’s not even done yet. Then I’ve had to argue about payment being completed or not before hand. This most recent time they got mouth and I had to show a receipt after I had to go inside because I sat at the window waiting for the car in front of me for almost 20 minutes.
