Must have new employees. It’s literally beans on a tortilla over a crunchy taco but ya’ll can’t make it despite always doing it before lol. Edit** this is why I ask for double decker tacos, how am I’m supposed to eat this crumbled taco. Every other location, including this one has never said no to making it. Your job must be so hard

This taco bell has the worst tacos and burritos that I’ve ever ordered from a taco bell. They are constantly underfilled and don’t get me started on the underfilled nacho cups.
Spend the extra gas money and head down to the one in flower mound or the one on Hebron parkway.

My kids enjoy having TB every once in a while – this location is one that I know better than to use. I have gone here three different times and every single time our orders are missing food. I would normally not write a one-star review because I want to build businesses up but damn, gatekeeping how bad our experiences have been at this location seems unfair to folks craving some Taco Bell. And also, I think that you should save yourself the frustration of going to this location and go to the other locations in our area.

My friend and I ordered food from this location through door dash. We did self pick up. Someone stole the food. I asked if it could be remade but they needed the order to be “sent through “ again. We tried to get door dash to order the food but they just offered a refund. They said they could remake the order if she came by herself to show the order. I wish they were that careful with the original order. It would also be nice if Taco Bell had a way to see if an order is confirmed. Or even hold the food in the back so people can’t pretend to know the order. Ruined the last part of our night because we were hungry and we didn’t want to spend more money on food before getting the refund. I did have a screen shot of the original order. Which would be very difficult to get unless you knew the person who ordered the food. But that wasn’t good enough. And my friend didn’t want to wait for me to drive back to her and back to the restaurant to pick up some food they would regret eating later.

As a regular Taco Bell consumer, save yourself the time, frustration, and money, and steer clear of this location. Go to the one up the road on Hebron instead. Every time I order a black bean crunch wrap or burrito from this location, it’s consistently under-filled. Like I shouldn’t need to lift up the tostada in my crunch wrap all the way to middle to find a very small portion only in the very center. It’s almost never remotely decent and makes for unpleasant bites of only tortilla and tostada. The worst part about it all, is we’re already being charged so much for it. It literally feels like I wasted my money. Always leave this place feeling hungry and annoyed. I never have that experience at other Taco Bell’s.

we were missing like half of our order and had to come back around the drive through. Also they told us they didn’t take cash so we went to the atm and the second we came back they magically started taking cash. Don’t waste your time here and go to the one by walmart

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too have given multiple chances and by far the worst place I’ve ever been to the staff is rude and nasty I’ve not once received an order that is correct. They’re horrible and I wouldn’t ever recommend this location for the love of god please just drive the extra 4 minutes to a different location
