I came in tonight to pick up an online order and while waiting another customer was very rude to the manager. She was unhappy because she felt her pizza was burnt. The manager asked if she would like a refund or a remake, and the lady immediately caught an attitude and demanded refund and a new pizza. The manager explained that she can only do a refund or give a remake, and a lady proceeded to have the most nastiest attitude, cursing at her, belittling her calling her names. The manager asked the lady to please leave her store and when she refused, she still continued to be little talk, very nasty and yell as a lady even jumped at her and then accuse the manager of jumping back at her when she was walking around to open the door to let her out. I order from this location all the time and I have never had a problem with my order or with the customer service. That lady is probably going to call in and try to say that the manager was wrong when she was not kudos to her for standing up for herself and her store. She was very busy and seemed understaffed, but she was still taking her time efficiently making pizza hopefully if the other lady sends in a review, I hope you take the side of your manager as you should.

I decided to treat some clients to some pizza. We were meeting at 6pm and I needed to make another stop. I needed the food to be ready when I arrived, I placed the order at 5:22pm hoping it would be done by 5:40pm. I got two large 3 topping pizzas for $7.99 each.
At 5:29pm, I received a notification from pizza tracker stating the order was ready. I was really shocked because it was fast. When I arrived around 5:37, it was ready. It didn’t seem like they were busy. I was in and out fairly quickly. Parking is a concern. There is limited street parking in close proximity to the store with it being located downtown. There is a middle lane that I saw a guy park in to go into a close by store. The pizza was good. I had a few slices. My clients enjoyed it too! No complaints.

Pizza and loaded tita completely burnt pur black called to complain and I offered to drive to them to show them to get it replaced and I got told there is nothing they can do. What a waste of money. Will not be back ever

The food is always great but today I walked in and both employees were prepping food with no gloves on, the kind gentleman that helped me with my order wiped his hands on his clothes handed me my food and then proceeded to go back to prepping food with no gloves and without washing his hands, it just makes you wonder what else is being touched with unwashed hands then back on the food.

Usually dominos is pretty good but ordered a Pep pizza on 09/12 , it was dogwater. So much sauce everything slid off, pizza wasn’t even cut right either. No love shown.

I went last night to pick up my pizzas and wings pizzas were fine but the wings were horrible. The buffalo sauce was rancid you could smell how bad it was hoping to go today and at least receive a complete remake I only took one bite and it was a tiny bite because I thought it smelled off but wasn’t sure once the sauce touched my mouth i spit it out immediately was so nasty I’m sick this morning hopefully I’m not food poisoned from it but Im hoping to get a refund or a remake of the wings .

I walked in and the girl that was behind the pizza window act like she didn’t see me walk in. She was on her phone I was standing there for like 10 minutes. She was the only worker in the store. She asked me did I have an order and I told her yes I ordered online and clearly my order was the ONLY Order that was up on the pick up rack. The manager needs to hire help that’s going to do the job. Pizza was cold and the cinnamon twist was hard then a rock. I was shocked because this place is DOWNTOWN. So I guess they put anybody there to work. DO NOT GET FOOD FROM HERE. You also have to pay for parking when you only going in and out of the store.
