I wish I could give this review 0 stars. I placed an order for pickup by 11:20 in those heating boxes. We arrive and find out a doordasher picked up our food. The girl at the front was dismissive after telling us a doordasher took it and didn’t offer us a refund or a remake. We asked for a remake and the girl gave us some dumb excuse that they were closing in 20 minutes, yes she still made it, POORLY. It looks like it was thrown together by a toddler. But it’s crazy that I have to ask people to literally DO THEIR JOB when an unfortunate circonstance happen.

Little Caesars is known for their crazy bread. I went in just to get crazy bread but received pretzels. There was a ton of staff but lack of enthusiasm from this team and quality of work. I would advise for you to check your food before you leave because they put a sticker on it stating “peace of mind”, I completely disagree.

I order from here occasionally, and they’re super inconsistent. Sometime the service is great, sometimes the pizza is great. Today my slices and stix weren’t sliced right, and I’m a little disappointed.

The brunette woman with curly hair gave my order to a doordasher when I had ordered through the website for pickup and even had receipts for it. When I asked her to remake it she initially refused because they were closing in twenty minutes. She just said sorry and didn’t even offer a refund -fully expecting me to just go home without my food or my money! She reluctantly agreed to remake it after pushback but the way she handled the situation was entirely unfair. As a food service supervisor I would never let this type of behavior slide.

Got the t mobile deal for $2 for a large pepperoni pizza. Never been a huge fan of LC’s but given the abysmally low bar set by a lot of the Domino’s in Baltimore (normally my favorite chain) honestly this LC’s has exceeded expectations.
Ready on time, cooked well, presented well, and did not have to interact with anyone (scanned QR code to pick up in a secure heated box at the store).

What happened to this staple? Perhaps it was just a bad day. The customer service was acceptable, and the ambiance was fine, but the food was terrible. The Crazy Bread was hard and dry, and I could have bought a better marinara sauce elsewhere. The Crazy Puffs were also hard and dry. I ended up having to cook dinner. If I lived closer, I would have returned my items.

The lady with the head wrap has a nasty attitude. I didn’t want the pizza they had in the warmer because it appeared to be old. I kindly declined the pizza and asked for a fresh one. She had them make me a pizza with almost no cheese on it and was very short with me when I asked questions. Tge pizza was horrible. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!

I ordered pretzel crust pizza. I don’t think this is pretzel crust, doesn’t look or taste like it…. And the cheese sauce was very thick, tasted like they used cheese wizz … wasnot the best this time. I love their pretzel pizza from other locations but will never go to this one again!
