Located at Tropics Mini Golf we serve the best mainland BBQ on the island with a little local flair. Our meats are cooked slowly onsite for 8-10 hours. We use our own secret recipe of seasonings and the proper combination of 2 different hard woods to make the best BBQ on the island. We have great plate lunches. You won’t leave hungry. We are located inside Tropics Mini Golf. You won’t find a better place to sit and enjoy your meal. Large canopy trees cover our entire eating area. Enjoy our koi pond and waterfall during your visit.

Being from Texas, Brisket is a food group. The brisket was really good and just fell apart. The homemade sausage was good as well. Actually everything we order was great.
They were not selfish on the shaved ice! Definitely get one. Four can easily share it.
The service and hospitality were excellent.

Tropical mini golf… this place was not what I was expecting. It’s almost like a concession stand for the mini golf. The food was solid though. The pork belly was a tad fatty, but good flavor. They other a couple different bbq sauces to pick from. I went with the Carolina tangy. It was good. Pulled pork was tender. The baked beans were the drawback for me. Not bad, they just weren’t a hit for me.

We got the brisket and pork belly with a big scoop of white rice and very crispy tater tots. The meat was really tasty. My honey would have preferred a little herbs and spices on them but I loved the natural, smokey flavors. We also had shave ice with ice cream. It was really flavorful and sweet.
The atmosphere is really nice being surrounded by nature. Lights were hung throughout the area and the breeze was nice and cool. We got great service, too. It’s a hidden little oasis in an otherwise busy area. We will be back!

The food was awesome! I lived in the mainland for a few years and got a taste for good BBQ, and this def satisfied the craving. I got the three meat plate bc I thought they only did three meats and they mentioned on the phone they started doing sausage. I was like ooooh what a hard choice, I’ll do sausage next time. When I picked up the food they let me know they put in a “sample” of the sausage for me, it was a whole plate enough for me and my GF!! Wanted to try for a while and was a great experience and can’t wait to go back

This is BBQ at a mini-golf place! How is it so damn good? I had the brisket Bento Box and the loaded tater-tots and everything was fantastic! While I was there I saw a guy come in, order food to go and then leave…he didn’t even play golf! I understand why though. If I lived on the island I’d be stopping by frequently to pick up lunch or dinner.
BTW, the mini-golf is fun too! Lots of shade over the 18 holes. They obviously take pride in the place, there were a couple of holes that had brand new carpet on them (is “carpet” the right word for the surface that you play on?) and everything was just fantastic. Apparently they space out the players so you don’t have someone breathing down your neck while you play. Reservations may be a good idea.

The food was extremely good. It was soft, moist, and perfectly smoked. The brisket was surprisingly one of the best I have had. They give good portions and the staff was friendly and helpful.
