I love tropical! The food and the smoothies never fail at being so tasty. Today London was our cashier she made the experience so much better. Her customer service is amazing. She was patient and kind when I had questions about different drinks. What an awesome experience!

I used to love this place but as I’m on a calorie deficit I started looking at the nutrients and there’s so much added sugar and very high sodium. Some items are over the daily sodium intake. It’s very disappointing and un healthy and I can no longer eat the items.

Sorry to say I usually dont give reviews but I called to complain about 2 different instances at there location and the management was extremely rude I am disabled and on 2 different instances someone was parked in the handicap parking out front of there store the first instance yes they had a handicap plaque but they were only waiting on an employee to get off of work they were not going in they were just waiting in there car which they could have done in another spot and instance 2 there were 2 younger customers sitting in the handicap spot for over 20 mins just eating there treats it wasn’t until I called an informed them I would be contacting the local police department that the manager came out and got extremely angry with me now mind you if I could park anywhere else u would but seeing I can only get around in a wheelchair and have no choice but to park in a handicap spot to where I can get in and out of my vehicle with out some one parking too close and there being no space i can not say for sure but as angry as she got and as rude as she was over a supposed stranger parking in the handicap spot was a little strange also for someone who is not allowed to say anything to someone parked in the handicap spot the people left pretty quickly after I threaten to contact local law enforcement you draw your own conclusions but her unfortunate behavior will definitely keep me from ever entering there establishment

Delicious, clean and fast very friendly staff and supper helpful, we had our bikes and although they have no bike racks outside they allowed us to bring them in while we ordered, we kept them on the side wall. We really appreciated the friendliness and the delicious smoothies. This is a must stop if you in the area specially if you visit the nearby bike trail.

Amazing! I love the quesadillas! The smoothies are amazing there! But I would say that the workers there are very nice… But there kind of just down for there costumers Some of them are just not very smiley. But besides that the food is great and so are smoothies!

Visited here today, spent 30 minutes waiting for a pesto sandwich followed by watching my pesto sandwich given to a child at the table next to me. In which the employee waited till after the child touched all over the food to come back and take it away from the kid and repackage the exact same sandwich in a bag for us. When called out for doing so, not only do he through the sandwich at the wall but then continued to make a sandwich in about 5 seconds that looked horrible and was rude through the whole process.

I’ve been going here for years. Right after Hurricane Harvey, the owner gave me a ton of cleaning supplies. The food and smoothies are made to perfection. Prices are great, and her staff is always friendly. It’s kept super clean. I highly recommend going going there, you won’t be disappointed!! You are always greeted with happy employees.
