I recently visited this restaurant and had a very disappointing experience. My daughter ordered a taco salad, but it didn’t taste right at all. Even the waitress and another customer commented that something seemed off about the hamburger lately.
My daughter didn’t eat the no more of the taco salad, after two bites she knew something was off. I asked the waitress to take it off and she asked my daughter was it something else she wanted & my daughter ordered a small cheese pizza. When it got ready to checkout the owner charged me for the taco salad. I informed him that something was not right with the beef & your waitress confirmed it, he refused to take it off stating to me if you order it you pay for it, we do not take it off your bill. I was in shocked, I expected the restaurant to handle the situation reasonably, as most places do by offering a replacement or removing the item from the bill. However, the owner still charged me for the meal I could not eat. I found this to be very poor customer service.
I’ve never had to pay for food I didn’t eat at any other restaurant, and I left feeling very dissatisfied, and my bill was total $60 which was for 1 large pepperoni with half pineapple, 1 small cheese pizza, & 3 drinks. I want others to be aware of my experience and think twice before dining here, this local place is priced too HIGH & the food is not good, take your money else where, I will not be going back…take my advice & do not waste your time here, I wish I would have read the reviews first before going there. You have been warned

Got a chicken parm sub from them …asked for extra cheese…it came with 3 little tiny pieces of chicken, that barely covered half of the bread( that means half the sandwich was just bread) and not even enough cheese to cover the 3 chicken

My nephew came to visit from Maryland and we decided to order delivery (I live .7 miles away) from Marino’s. Our meal was so disappointing. We ordered a large cheese pizza, calamari, garlic bread with cheese, cheesecake and a canoli. The pizza ($14.75) was chewy and cold, the calamari ($14.99) was extremely rubbery, inedible and went in the trash, the garlic bread with cheese ($4.99) was two halves of a hogie roll with a slice of white American cheese, and the cheesecake ($6.50) had a funky taste. The only thing decent was the canoli (6.50). However, $67.48 for a meal that was subpar is ridiculous. Do better.

The family enjoyed a lovely supper here. The service was great, very friendly and kind. Our food arrived quickly & was delicious! The portions eye also pretty large – we definitely got our money’s worth and had leftovers to bring home.

Pizza is good… Chicken Philly not so much. I never ate anything other than that but my family loves it. The man, assuming he’s the owner, was patient, kind, and seemed thankful/grateful for his customers. Could use a little sprucing up

Ordered a large cheese pizza with extra cheese and 2 orders of naked hot wings. Pizza was literally sweet like sugar was sprinkled on it. Wings were definitely old. Dry, reheated, and almost no sauce. $50 inedible meal .
