The food was great. Service leaves a little too be desired. My burgers sat made on the counter for ten minutes with everyone walking around before someone FINALLY put them on the tray to give to me. I was getting severely frustrated, but the food was good, I had already paid and didn’t want to make a scene.

I was a little worried when I read the reviews, but it’s best to try things for yourself… It’s a great guide though. I had the chicken biscuit with hash browns and a sweet tea. The food was hot and fresh, and the tea was surprisingly good! Next up on the list is one of the burgers.

This place has ruined their chili burger. I’ve been eating them for 40 years, so I know what they SHOULD taste like! Past two times I got one, there was so much mustard on it, you couldn’t even taste the chili. My friend that worked at a different one, said they mixed the mustard and mayonnaise together, therefore you didn’t get a strong mustard taste. This place actually use to mix theirs together also…I don’t know who had the bright idea to put an enormous amount of mustard on the chili burgers, but you ruined them!

I was looking for that late 90’s early 2000’s taste of the lil one chilli cheeseburger and was deeply regretful after I started eating the chilli seemed to be very watered down & no flavor I ordered the big one combo and the little one combo with an extra little one on the side I was so disappointed the second lil one didn’t even get ate! This is the second time we have eaten here and ordered hotdogs and they have been served to us barely warm. Today, the hotdog was room temperature and the chili was barely warm. The bun was hard and not fresh. I took the food back up and asked if they could reheat it and they said they would ask and see, and then told me they would have to cook more food and she threw the other in the trash. The new food was a little warmer but still not as it should have been. However, the onion rings and fries were hot. I would think that all food should have to be cooked to a certain temperature before serving it. It was far from an enjoyable experience. The workers seemed to be fussing among themselves, one lady kept telling another employee to get out of their face. Very loud, unprofessional, and not friendly. We gave them a second try only to be disappointed again. Definitely won’t be back. I want my food hot and fresh. Eating out costs too much today. You shouldn’t have to settle for cold food and bad service. The employees need to be better trained in ALL areas and all foods need to be served hot and fresh.

Food is great as always. My only complaint is whoever is training The older lady at the window, who is extremely nice by the way it’s very rude to her. Talking down on her like she is stupid. I can’t stand that and feel bad for her. The one training didn’t show her face she stayed behind the lady taking my order, but I could hear her voice. It was a female. If the older lady sees this, I hope you know you can Demand respect and to be treated fairly, especially when you Are showing up to work every Day.
