It’s hard to give a good review after ordering my food online and it took the money out of my account and didn’t place the order. This happened twice and then when I got to the store I had to pay for the food in store since it didn’t place the order.
Then when I finally get my food it is only halfway what I ordered. If someone places an order of how they want to eat their sub… then it should have the things on there that they ordered… it wasn’t heated like I asked and it was missing banana peppers, and barely had mayo and pickles which I asked for extra of both. The bread was actually very soft so that’s a win but it was disappointing for my first impression. Unfortunately it wasn’t worth me visiting again.

I attended the sandwich shop a few times. I ordered the kids meal for my granddaughter and the price was $3.42 that included the sandwich, drink, and chips. The same day I ordered another kids meal the exact same order as before and on this round I got charged $4.64. I didn’t make a big deal over a dollar and a few change. Today I went to make a purchase of another same order as before the kids meal but this time they was going to charge me around $7.64. I had them to cancel my order. I got my phone to show the employees there my transactions of the same order and the difference in the amount prior to this order o what a difference! They did not want to see or hear anything. No big deal!!! Customers are suppose to be right when they have the information on the bank account to show the employees there accounts on there phone Not only that I was being very nice snd polite even though I cancelled my order to show the employees there on my phone what I have been charged at different prices for the same order over and over. They did not employees especially the female blonde lady was very rude, loud, and told me if I had a problem I needed to take it up the the owner Todd!!!!! My opinion very disrespectful to a customer. I have never been so rudely talked to in such manner as I did just showing proof of different prices on the same exact order even though I did cancel the order in advance of being made. I want be back at this sandwich shop place to eat nor to purchase for my granddaughter. I will not recommend this place to anyone that ask about it!!!!!!!

This place is 100x better than the subway in Cornelia, since the first time I’ve eaten here I’ve never been back to subway, definitely recommend trying this place out if you like subs but not subway

I’m a little disappointed. I wanted to use my “free combo” rewards so I went through the process and i still had to pay 10 dollars for the sandwich. 10 dollars is 10 follsrs. That’s not the point? There’s another reward that said ” free drink and chips with the combo” but I did not use that rewards. The rewards are very miss leading.
