I live around the corner from this place so I cannot speak to the delivery experience, but for pick-up, this place is more than reliable. The regular crust is cooked perfect so that it’s crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Great experience. Detroit style pizza is definitely an acquired taste, but if you know you like thicker-crusted pizzas, then you’re going to love this spot. The staff is always so nice and very communicative. Had to wait 5 more min tonight for my order and didn’t mind bc they had basketball to watch on one of the tvs! A+

I visited Jets Pizza last night and was very disappointed with the service. I witnessed one of your employees sit and argue with a male customer. The male customer entered the building the same time I did. I gt there around ten minutes to nine. I was waiting & so was him and his children and a couple other customers. I got my pizza & was about to go and the gentlemen with his children got word they were close, in which he was surprised cause he did not know they were about to close!! He had been waiting to order but was never addressed or acknowledged. So when they told him he gt upset cause he had been waiting. He advised he had been waiting & the lady rudely says” Did you not see this sign showing we were about the close”!!! She was completely rude to that customer and very unprofessional. The man was angry & cursing but the way she was speaking to him is what led to his frustration!! Plus he had his children with him. Your staff knew that he was there waiting cause when the man openly said to his children they were going to get the deluxe pizza she rolled her eyes & became highly frustated & honestly your staff need to ensure that they have helped everyone that is in that waiting area.. This Jets closes at nine that particular night in which you should be taking orders up to 9pm. If there was a cut off time in which pizza were to be made then that should have been let known or listed in your business!! The altercation between that customer and your staff was completely uncalled for and very unprofessional!! Please get employees in there that know how to conduct themselves professsionally!! I have never seen place of businees whose staff is utterly ignorant and completely unprofessional!! DO Better!!

Had the 4 corner pizza. Home run. Dense pizza with crispy crust with the right amount of fat. Great chew. Like the sausage crumbles. Nice spice. Of course I am a fan of the pepperoni bring all the flavor and oil to the pie.
Also the pizza is very filling. I ate two pieces one and had the other two the next.
Order this and enjoy a great pizza.
Side note. Totally agree with the comment about this pie is like the old pizza hut style pie use to be.

My first time ordering from this establishment, my barbecue chicken pizza was freezer burnt, and when I called to get a remake because we were in the middle of a snowstorm, the manager was rude and nasty to me Miss Tonya or Toya Definitely is the reason this will be my first and last interaction with the company. It wasn’t even the fact that my food was freezer burnt, but dealing with that on top of disrespectful customer service during a snowstorm it Insane! Your literally have to be a cruel person to deny someone edible food that they paid $40 for in the middle of a snowstorm . Crazy

As a first-time customer, my experience was disappointing. The young girl who took my order was unfriendly and dismissive. Despite my politeness, she didn’t respond when I thanked her and quickly walked away after calling my name, leaving me without condiments. After waiting three minutes for her attention, she handed them to me with a rude attitude. While the pizza was good, the poor customer service needs improvement. This location has potential.

We had one of the worst delivery experiences I’ve ever had with Jet’s Pizza. Our order was already 40 minutes past the original delivery time when we called to check in. The person on the phone casually mentioned that the driver “wasn’t back yet,” so our pizza hadn’t even gone out for delivery.
We waited another 40 minutes, called again, and were told the driver had just returned – meaning our order had been sitting there the entire time. It hadn’t even left the store. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were shocked by the response. Instead of taking ownership or offering to make it right, the manager insisted they could “still deliver the pizza” and that “it was still good.” When we declined, the best they offered was to remake the food, knock off five dollars, and have us come pick it up ourselves.
That’s not customer service – that’s a complete lack of accountability. Between the terrible wait times, unhelpful staff, and unapologetic management, this experience completely turned me off from ever trying Jet’s again.
Poor technology, poor communication, poor service – save yourself the frustration and order from literally anywhere else.

I live near Huntersville and was passing by I will come here going forward just because of the people and the care they showed. They are genuinely happy and professional individuals! I believe I tried this pizzeria years ago when they opened a location in Huntersville,and I never went back. Then a friend brought an 8 corner pie to a gathering, and it was good, so I gave them another try for Football Sunday. I was pleasantly pleased. The sweetness of the sauce, the crispiness of the crust, and all the toppings on the Jet 10 were perfection for me. I picked it up, and it was coming out of the oven shortly after I arrived. Customer service was good, and I will definitely be back soon.
