Great old style atmosphere. Awesome service. The waitresses were very nice. The food was great. I had the open face BBQ sandwich with fries and stew. The stew is top notch. The sandwich had enough meat to make another sandwich with the 2 pieces of white bread they bring for the stew.
All in all its a great place and I will definitely go back often

Great food. I like the vinegar type sauce, but they didn’t have that. Their sauce was good though. Coleslaw was zesty and fresh. Great ol time service an dining room feel. I look forward to stopping in again next time we ride that way. Very nice staff. Gravel parking lot. Plenty of parking. Has a drive thru as well.

Just a small bbq joint that packs a punch! Everything was superb! Juicy and tender brisket, rich stew and very good sweet tea! 10/10 happy I found this place in my travels!

Positively delicious! Friendly people, good country music playing, nice atmosphere. This is my first time ever having brisket and I’m so glad I chose here to be my first. Moist and tender. Delicious fries as well!

My parents and I decided to check this place out since we were in the mood for some BBQ. The food was great! I had the beef brisket and my Dad had the pork ribs. I loved their mac and cheese!!! The brisket was very lean and tender. Definitely worth driving a few miles off I85 to get some good southern hospitality and food at a fair price. All the employees were very friendly. Would eat here again if in the area.

Good food. Good service, just not always with a smile. They’re still busy, even during the pandemic. Their dining room is open again.

Best thing about this “bbq” place is the sides. The meat is horrible. By far the worst “brisket” I have ever had. The chicken and ribs are moist on the outside and dry as hell in the middle, the exact opposite of good bbq. The so called brisket is literally just dried out burnt meat that they try to salvage by pour broth or something on it. It was 100% inedible. Shame.

Me and my daughter ate her Thursday afternoon for lunch. The BBQ had a weird taste to it along with the ate had the same weird taste. I’ve ate here before and the food was pretty good so decided to go back for lunch. I couldn’t even eat my sandwich or stew the flavor was almost like a chitlin flavor, pretty nasty. I’m not sure if they changed vendors for their meats or what but something was different. I’m not going back there for a while. There was an older gentleman and his wife that was there and they was saying the same thing about the flavor of the stew they ordered.
