Unfortunately one of the worst meals ever. Its been years since I have ordered from them. Nothing was good the cinnamon rolls tasted like rubber, they arrived with no icing had to manually apply. I threw it all away couldn’t torture myself any longer.

“Tonight at 8:45 p.m., after a long and exhausting day, all I wanted was a quick bite and a little ease on my way home. I pulled into the Burger King hoping for a simple, smooth moment of relief. Instead, I found myself in the second drive-thru lane that was completely silent—no response, no service, just a little island of frustration. I had to reverse back out, watch other cars pass me by, and finally join the first lane again, feeling like I’d just lost a little piece of my evening peace. It might sound small, but when you’re tired and just hoping for a straightforward end to the day, it feels a bit heavier. I hope this can be improved for the next person coming through late at night just wanting a little kindness and speed.”

Very nice and clean new Burger King location in Sunnyvale, TX. However, the service was lacking just like every other location. As a vegetarian , ordered an egg and cheese croissant , and of course I sit down with my order just to find out that I was given a sausage and egg croissant. When I went back, there were no apologies from the staff, and it took the manager to come out, and finally fix the order. Also, the Coca-Cola machine was not dispensing Coca-Cola.

Went last night and they forgot one of the burgers that we ordered and were charged for. The location was too far for us to go back to get a refund or a replacement. Went today and asked for a burger with no mayo. And it had mayo on it… just can’t get an accurate order from this location

Positive: This place was super clean, will lit, and easy to drive around. Staff was friendly.
Negative: Fry boxes weren’t full, Whopper didn’t have but a few slivers of lettuce.
Overall: Best Burger King I’ve been to in a long time. I would definitely recommend this location specifically. The management is doing a great job of upkeep!

Decided To Get My Food Delivered And They Only Gave Me Half My Order. Got The Burgers But No Fries Or Nuggets. They Never Answer The Phone Either. I was out delivering for Amazon and I decided to stop get me a couple of burgers… Place was clean restrooms were awesome and the staff here were friendly and so helpful and even recommended the cinnabons or the little tiny ones whatever you call them… I would definitely come back anytime I’m in the area.. definitely y’all come check this place out they are amazing..
