First time in a long time I’ve visited KFC in Union and it’s been clean! Not to mention the staff was nice and helpful! I’m not sure what the change has been but I’m here for it! Keep up the good work! We will definitely be back my kids love the chicken legs and mashed potatoes.

Today I went to KFC in the drive thru. They got our food out to us at a good time. The chicken was so good. The fries were delicious and the Mac and cheese was delicious. I’ve always had a good experience at this KFC. Keep up the good work!

This KFC is AWESOME! Came here yesterday with my family to eat after church and the food was delicious. All of the staff were nice and even walked our food out to us. the young lady’s in there were so busy yet took the time to make sure we were set ! 10/10 experience. We will definitely be back

Sad, but it’s true! Nowadays people do not like working. Quality workers are hard to come across, and people who take pride in their work are hard to find. The food was cold hard and looked like it was cooked in a month old grease. Won’t ever go there again wasn’t even worth complaining to anyone about.

KFC is a place that you like it or not. I can’t say anything bad about this one. It’s clean, prices are normal, the service is ok, just would like to see friendlier service. Wasn’t bad but no smiles or how are you doing type of things, but no real complaints. It does have a Taco Bell in it also, gives the family a little variety. I would have gave 5 stars if the service was friendlier. Nothing out of the way was said to me or my family but overall not bad.

It’s decent. Whether you go inside or drive-thru, there’s almost always a long wait for food. Anytime we order a family size meal or large quantities they say it’s going to be a 15 minute wait, but it ends up taking much longer.
