I love this shop! I prefer going here over any other fast food restaurant in town. The atmosphere is classy, organized, and clean. The staff is kind and efficient. I ordered a sandwich with all the fixings on the app, and when I came in to get it there were some ingredients out of stock because they were BUSY! And for good reason, the food is delicious. The woman who helped me was kind, organized, and absolutely deserves a raise for her spectacular service. I will be returning a million more times.

Not so freaky fast anymore. I placed an online pickup order at 11:50am then got to the restaurant by 12:05pm. Told them I had a pickup order and my name . At 12:30 I got my sandwich….only after I reminded them again keep in mind there was about 5 people in the store and didn’t seem busy at all. The bigger problem I have is I watched about 8 people walk in during that 25 minute span, place an order then get their sandwich about 5 minutes after that. This is the second time I had an issue with the same problem, going to Tom’s deli next time for lunch. Not to mention their bread was hard as a rock at one end…do better.

I used Jimmy John’s for a business Lunch presentation. I worked with Zachery for my order. Zachery was excellent and assisted me greatly in getting together my order and having enough food and the appropriate food choices. He put together my order and it was ready when I came to pick it up. The meeting was a great success in large part because of the professional way Zachery took care of me. (The food was tasty too) I highly recommend Zachery and Jimmy John’s in Durango!

Service was perfectly accommodating. Ai recommended sandwiches to be free of anything that harbors humidity: tomatoes, lettuce, sauces, and condiments. Wrap tightly and ONLY in Saran/plastic, AND LEAVE THIS ALL TO THE SMILING EMPLOYEES. Picnic 36 hrs. Later. Fresh & Dry!!!!!

Wow, they got everything right on my delivery this time. It was perfect!~ 🙂 I was just missing the occasional straw or just other relatively small order details from time to time. We are visiting Durango and decided to get a takeout sandwich from Jimmy John’s. We are not familiar with the product but this was a great place to be introduced to it. The lady that took my order was a wonderful person. She is a real plus for this location. They prepared our Italian sandwich just the way we wanted. It was one delicious sandwich with lots of quality ingredients. It was a meal in itself. Our experience has made us Jimmy John fans. We plan to be back before we leave Durango.

Why does the bread taste like it’s undercooked lately? I went there today and about a month ago, both times the bread was like soggy and tasted like raw dough, I didn’t want to keep eating it after a few bites and I don’t live in Durango so won’t be going here for awhile.
