This location is a hit or miss, most of the time it’s a miss! I have lived in this neighborhood for almost 3 years and once it became 2025 this restaurant has struggled. I have simple orders! I love a veggie sub and I do modify my sub. Depending on who is working will depend on how my sub looks and tastes. I order my veggie sub with no onion, no Italian dressing, and well done baked. I cannot tell you how many times this has been done wrong and I’ve had to call the store and have them remake it, and run back to the store. I may be 7 mins away but how annoying is the inconvenience. There is a woman in there that makes the sub amazing every time but unfortunately she is not always at the sub station. She has told me multiple times that she needs to train others on how to properly build the sub and have them toast the bread separately from toasting the toppings. Well I wish everyone would get it right !
Long story short, I decided to do this review today because my order from my sub issue to the pizza quality has pushed me over the edge. It’s so bad that I want to get a job there just to be the next person at the sub station who makes superb subs. It’s not that hard! So here are photos of my order last night.
***My sub was poorly made, my individual cheese pizza looked a mess! The sub was saturated in Italian dressing to the point there was a large puddle in the box. No tomatoes on it, barely any toppings other than a bunch of lettuce and banana peppers. This pizza came just as it looks. It looks like someone separated the slices and it’s just not attractive to look at. There is a huge speed bump in the middle as well.
I am so disappointed and I wish they would get new management and new people.

Solid value and consistent pizza. The drive thru makes pickup convenient. Service was good as well as the food. Will have to try other specials

I ordered ultimate 4 cheese pizza with extra cheese I got half mozzarella pizza check the picture my order number was 53594854 and I paid 21.59 to get something I didn’t order they are closed now I can’t go back to them unfortunately!

I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes to pick up an order, and I keep being told it’s “coming in a couple of minutes.” Meanwhile, many customers from the drive-thru are being served in under 5 minutes.
As a Dasher, this is a serious waste of time and affects my ability to complete other deliveries. Please prioritize pickup orders more fairly — it impacts both drivers and customers.

Ordered pizza and wings. Generally their great. Hot wings are actually hot Unlike most otjer places. Now we receive the wings strung out in a pizza box all dried up. Terrible

One time called and the person working was obviously having a terrible time, said it was their first day. Stated 70min wait time on orders. Today, bought this $6 garlic Asiago cheese bread. Barely fills a quarter of the box, very inconsistent sizing. And they didn’t give any sour cream with the mariachi pizza

This is the second time I ordered from here, both times was hot garbage. Ordered a large cheese, extra cheese but I got a burnt large cheese instead. I should’ve read reviews first I guess, my fault.

App said order would be done by 8:18. I arrived at 8:24 at the drive up window. I asked for my order and the guy couldn’t look it up. After waiting 5 mins, a different guy shows up and asks if I’ve been helped. I said yes I’m still waiting so he got my receipt to sign. I wait longer until he asked me to pull aside. Now there’s a line. I did and waited 20 more minutes before going in!
Inside was empty. I wasn’t greeted. Nobody smiled or aknowledged me until I was leaning over the counter. An older gentleman came out to take my order and I said I already paid and showed him my receipt. He said “oh, it’s coming out now”
He brought me the wrong order, looked at my receipt and said “Oh, It’s right here!” It was sitting under the heat lamp the whole time.
“I didn’t know you were waiting”
I said “yeah I’ve been for awhile…thanks”
I got home and the pizza was burnt. The cheese was brown, the crust was charred all around and the under size had black dots. The breadsticks were okay. The cinnamon twists were also burnt.
We ate the breadsticks and threw away the rest before ordering a pizza from Dewey’s. Sad!
