Got an Uber eats order from this location. The side salad wasn’t siding. The mushroom sauce hoagie was antique looking and wasn’t saucing smh. The last order I received from this store, they forgot a whole sandwich and told me I can drive to get it. If I was going to drive I wouldn’t have placed through Uber eats. Throw the whole store away.

Terrible! Their specialty Hot Chicken pizza- no pickles, no ranch, few pieces of chicken. So bummed, the reason we ordered from Donatos was so the kids could try this pizza. All the pizzas were cold.

Their online ordering system didn’t work, we then sat for 15 minutes on the phone waiting for someone to take the call. We finally decided to order through door dash. After doing so, they gave our dasher the incorrect order. The (incorrect) pizza was also cut horribly, and slices were completely uneven.

This is the second time that we have ordered from this Donatos’s location, in which we have not received our actual pizza. We will receive all the sides, but no pizza. The first time I thought it had to do with DoorDash, on my own personal account, but then my husband‘s account, the same exact thing happened. I think that there may be a problem with Donatos’s kitchen, getting pizzas and orders together for their DoorDash delivery, people. I will not be ordering from Donatos in the future, nor will I be using DoorDash, because if you offer a service, you should be able to follow through with it instead of making someone run back to the store to pick up a pizza that they ordered for delivery. Figure it out folks. Dear consumers, don’t order delivery from Donatos. P.s. upon picking up the pizzas they were… c.o.l.d. and a hard slice to swallow.

Also-it’s better to go when it isn’t dark out there’s a lot of people asking for money right outside. Super sketchy.
As far as their food goes the thin crust pizza is good. The Asiago cheese bread and calzone are decent.

Everytime you place an order online they never have the pizza made they claim they don’t see the order, just letting orders come through without paying attention. I place an order for delivery at 3 which said it’ll be here by 3:45, 20 mins go by with no update just for them to say they’re waiting on doordash with no updates or email as they claim should be sent. it’s always something with this location.

This location took our money and then refused us pizza. We ordered and paid online, received a confirmation text and delivery time. 2 hours later, 1 hour past our delivery time, we had still not received our pizza. We called the location and waited on hold for 30 minutes, no one ever answered. We drove to the location to just pick up our pizza. The person working said they had no drivers to deliver our pizza. He could not call us to tell us this or apologize for the inconvenience for some reason. We simply asked for the pizza we had ordered then. He said no he was unable to give it to us because it was too old. So we asked for a refund. He said he could not do a refund at this time and that we would have to wait 3-5 business days. So this business simply stole our money. They made zero effort to remedy the situation and simply did not care that they had taken our money and given us no pizza. Will NEVER go back here. We usually like to order Donatos from time to time because we like the pizza but this is the second time we have been treated this way and the second time they did not give us the food we ordered.

After two unfortunate experiences here they deserve a one star rating. I placed an online “order ahead” order back in May and it never arrived. I understand that happens but it took over an hour of calling to get through to an employee, who explained they simply overlooked my order – it was not on the way as it was never made. He was apologetic and offered to refund or to expedite the food at a discount.
This evening I received a fairly timely no contact delivery but only half my items arrived. I tried calling the store countless times and waited on hold but couldn’t get through. The line replays an automated message apologizing for the wait then drops the call after 10 minutes. I kept calling back but no dice.
While the mistake is understandable, the lack of ability to contact the store is extremely frustrating. I guess I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank.
