The man at the register was pretty cool the place needs a Lil touch of renovation the seats where ripped and only fixed with duck tape that’s one the had a drop down ceiling that looked to had a leak and you could see it was falling down the left it like that the other side of the bulding tho looks redone more clean looking more bright kinda looks lonely on the inside but food was good no vinegar so that’s sad the place for shrimp sauce was extremely nasty had alot of red sauce around it looked kinda crusty but food was good again so that’s a plus if yall Want water that is as hot as lava the have it I tell yall that I turned it on hot and it was hoooooooot but I love the place yk been there forever my papaw built it kinda a family place ig wish it got more hype ig and more cleanliness and renovation

Well the Manager made up for it but the food service dude was rude and look at this platter.. I ain’t gonna pull a Karen but could use a little help with size of portions and freshness. Had to clean a table off ourselves. Maybe they will fix this in the future.

You can never go wrong with the crispy, greasy fried fish that is the classic, iconic Long John Silvers. I wanted to give all 5 stars however. To the service. My family rolled up not long before the lobby was closing for the night and the staff was very polite and happy to get us fed. They went put of their way to make fresh fried fish and fries. It was absolutely delicious and never once did we feel rushed to hurry up as their lobby was closing. We will 100% return to this location, not just for the good food but also for the very friendly faces 🙂

My first time here and honestly the food was great. The burger was great, like a young burger in its prime that burger kings whopper wishes it was but will never come close to being. Kiley G. Was amazing her service was 10/10 kind, friendly and professional, whilst slingin food during dinner rush & short staffed she remained unfazed & on point.

Sorry but the service the lady that waited on us was rude. She acted like we was messing her up from doing something else. She even talked to us I only have one hands when we acted for some sauce we wasn’t rushing her so no call for her comment. The. The find was so greasy and so high in price. Wish we had to if went the only thing that was good was hush puppies and coke slaw. I had to even ask for the coke slaw that they put on my plate. I will not be back to this place because of the services. I went because they are no other long Johns around but if they continue with service like that on how they treat customers I don’t see them being open long.

I’m glad to see the dining room open again. They were not busy but we waited 22 minutes for our food. No diet Pepsi was available or any other diet drink. We’re both diabetes. The dining room floor was very very slick. Apparently they had used to much of a cleaning chemical in their mop bucket (?). Food was great!

Place is a great hole in the wall to hide and eat. The food was hot, I didn’t have to wait to get more fish or fries on the All You Can Eat. Kids chicken was hot and amazing. The cooks were doing a great job.
However…the front staff is lazy. I asked the drive thru girl for some BBQ sauce. It took her at few minutes to get it for me. No, it wasn’t that busy.
The tarter sauce machine ran out, several customers asked for it to be filled, but they simply gave us packets and ignored our request.
The coke was also out and flat. Also asked for it to be changed with no success. Cooks are great, the rest, ehhhhh not so much.
4/5 until I return. And I will return.

We wanted to eat here on Sunday, but it is drive thru only, so we get in the drive thru and the guy talks so fast, that we had no idea of what he just said. It had been a while since we had been there, so we asked for a minute to look at the menu. He said ok, order when you are ready, then after like 30 seconds, he asks us what we wanted again, he was pretty rude. When we got to the window, they were friendly, food was good, but Hubby got like 5 fries In his order, looked like a kids meal.. Guy taking orders needs to learn some manners!

Unfriendly workers…….don’t care what you want. Went at 7:30 on Jan 10, dark and drizzly outside and almost passed the restaurant because the outside sign wasn’t turned on. I voiced my concern to the employee that took my order and she shrugged it off. Only other customer was 1 person in the drive-thru. When I left 15 minutes later with my order the sign lights still weren’t on. I think the 2 woman behind the counter were hoping not to be bothered by customers.

No one in drive thru, no one in restaurant but had 15min wait for a burger. Chose 2 pc fish meal. Still wait was long, not 15 min but long for no one in line. Then short 1 pc fish, told would bring out to me when done. 9 other ppl came into restaurant after me an all 9 ppl served before me. I never received my 2nd piece of fish. Yes, others purchased fish meals too an still recieved there complete meal before me.
I just left. I was out of time waiting for my paid meal.
Will never return to this facility.
