I ordered the Philly Cheese Steak pizza from Domino’s and it was a complete disappointment. The entire pizza had barely three tiny slices of steak scattered across it — that’s it. For something advertised as a steak pizza, this felt like false advertising. The toppings were skimpy, the quality was poor, and honestly it was a waste of money. Definitely not worth ordering again.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza, but there’s barely any chicken, maybe 5 small pieces total. One of the slices I ate didn’t have any chicken at all, and I can hardly taste the BBQ sauce. On top of that, the pizza is very oily. It honestly feels like I just got a cheese pizza instead of BBQ chicken.

Updated review: Poor quality feel sorry for delivery people, tip is based on food quality which is horrible. Tried another order and I think quality is worse then last time. $22 with tip two hard thin pizzas, dry and was more like left over, that sat out for a week then fresh cooked. Think twice before ordering anything but pizza from here. Better off buying frozen pizza from grocery store cooking it at home. The cost of food & delivery for such poor quality food isn’t not acceptable. Last time ordering from this Domino’s after ordering 2014-2022 here quality and service is too bad to confine. Chicken Alfredo was burnt, dry, no sauce, bad. Wouldn’t call this sandwich a sub it was everything lacking what chicken parmesan sub should have. Pizza, pineapple & ham looks not good. Overall unhappy with this order $31.05 for this type of food is too much.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD. This is what they got me as a cinnamon bread twists. I called the store and they said they will make me a new one. I came back and the “manager” didn’t even apologize when I showed him the order. I asked for a refund and he said that the new order was the credit for it. I was hoping the new order will be as it supposed to be but guess what? It was the exact same thing. One of the team members approach me and I explained it looked the same he said there is nothing they can do so they will cancelled. They got me the ticket and when I was heading out he said “enjoy!” After having to come back and wait for nothing. They had the guts to say enjoy? I am reporting this to whoever I need to but you guys are the worst customer service for Dominos. Truly disappointing, not even a apologized not even a decent customer service. Never coming back here in my life. Disgusting food and disgusting experience.

Nothing about this pizza is great! It screams sad & gloomy. Its dry. No sauce. The New York is like a thin crust and the pan is not even like a hand tossed. I prefer my other Domino’s on Lee Highway

Don’t order delivery. They don’t follow delivery instructions. They marked my food as delivered and when I had to call twice and they said they do not deliver to my building. The second man I spoke to on the phone was very rude and disrespectful. He kept raising his voice and talking over me. I will definitely not order from this location.

Worst food ever had, ordered wings which are too salty ,the wings doesn’t have muscle,it’s just skin and not properly cooked.asked about that and got worst customer support. The chicken had something black inside it for almost all the pieces. I don’t recommend anybody going there and having food again.
