We spent about $90 to have three burgers and two fries delivered. The order was an absolute joke. One order of fries was missing, we paid $3 for an extra patty that wasn’t included, and not a single burger had the correct toppings.
For that price, not getting a single item correct is unbelievable. Even more wild is that after reporting the issue, we still received no refund or resolution. Honestly, it’s diabolical to charge those prices and send out an order where every item is wrong. Extremely disappointing experience.

Took the grandson last night. The bill was over 50 dollars for two little burgers, one regular burger, three small fountain drinks, and one large fry, not large anymore. Very dissapointing compared to past visits over the years. It was not very busy so no excuses. The service was horrible, very slow, left off many items. The burgers were dry and falling apart. The bacon almost burned. The fries were dark and greasy like the fryer oil needed to be changed. They no longer put your fries in a cup overflowing and charged 8 dollars for a large fry (a joke) and it came in a brown greasy bag and wasn’t enough for a two year old. I wont ever waste my money at another five guys. Culver’s is right down the street. I wish I could give five guys a negative zero!

The workers were amazing as well as the food. Mom and I had the beef hotdogs and oh my goodness they were good! The bathroom was clean too that is a plus. Thank you ladies for the hardwork yall do and have a smile while doing it.

The Five Guys burger is easily one of my favorite burgers. They are certainly pricier than just about any other burger I know, but they are very satisfying, and I’m a huge fan of the fries as well. Five Guys is definitely the place to go when you want to make your cheat day count! lol!

I have always felt 5 guys is consistent in preparing there food but the last couple times I have been very disappointed. The French fries were so heavily salted I myself couldn’t eat them, my grandson ate them but agreed they put alot of salt on them. I noted that the cooks were young kids so maybe there arent aware that heavy salt doesnt appeal to everyone. The only other complaint was the hamburger bun, it was dry so it fell apart eating it, so it was a mess, I just opened it up and ate the stuff inside.

Very friendly staff! I was pleasantly greeted and placed my order without any issues. Restaurant looked clean, tidy and organized. My fresh food was prepared without delay and met Five Guy’s standard. The little fries cup is enough for two people.
