We ordered to go, which was pretty fast. Everything was delicious and very obviously fresh! Our favorites were the sopes. We also tried chicken and steak tacos and the pupusas, both of which were excellent.

Delicious food. The breakfast menu looks great, but we ate a early dinner. Food was good and prices reasonable. We would return to try more items. Definitely more authentic cuisine than your normal Latin American restaurants.

I learn something new everyday. Tripa means intestine not tripe ( stomach). I’ve eaten pork/ beef/ chicken intestine a lot in the past but I’m used to preparation where the taste of bile ( bitter) should not be detected. I would enjoy it better without the bitter taste. But I guess in Mexico it’s part of the authenticity. I’ve had bile on soups/ stews/ even cocktails before and it works. But for tacos I’ll stick with legua.

Y’all, RUN, don’t walk, to Joselyn’s Pupuseria & Hispanic Store LLC! This is, hands down, the BEST and most authentic in easily over 30mi radius. Everything is homemade, in house, including the tortillas. We had flautas, Gorditas, sopes, and pupusas. Came with a super fire curtido and red and green sauces. I’m telling y’all, I’m tryna put you on to what ACTUAL Hispanic food tastes like. You’re welcome❤️

So far I have tried the birria, sope, gordita, pupusas and tamales. Everything I have tried was very filling and delicious.

Very tasty and authentic. I think as they grow it will become a staple for many people in the area.
