We ordered the grilled chicken English muffin. I don’t know if a human looked at the this before packing it up for us. As you can see English muffin is completely burnt. Had to drive back to get another. Such an inconvenience.

The location has good service and waiting times. (I love the mobile-thru!) The food goes from being great at times to just okay, especially lately. A larger issue is that the fries are chronically under filled. This is my *3rd* time in a row getting a concession like the attached image. Maybe I’m just getting unlucky, but I’ve been to other locations sooo many times and this is the first instance(s) of the issue. Really a sin considering the high price point. It should be listed as 2.5 stars, but the front end staff brings it up to 3 for me 🙂
Update: Times have gotten longer and quantities are worse. 2 stars.

I absolutely love Chick-fil-A, it is one if the only fast food places I actually go to but the amount of times I come and their main priority is getting through the drive thru lane versus the mobile thru lane is INSANE. On multiple occasions I have seen them get through the regular drive thru lane thats double the length as the mobile thru lane before even getting the first cars food in the mobile thru. This is kind if ridiculous considering the mobile thru is supposed to go by faster because you are ordering well in advance. I do understand things take time but if I am the third car in the mobile thru lane having only ordered a milkshake, I should not have to wait over 10 min waiting while the entire regular drive thru is already helped. To make it worse, this is what I got, not filled all thw way and hardly any whipped cream. I would rather drive out to the Rittenhouse location than deal with this.
EDIT: Once again I waited about 18 minutes for my food in the mobile thru lane while the entire drive through was cleared out, y’all need to figure this out because it should not take you over 20 minutes from when you say “you’re working on it” for a salad and chicken tenders.

Ever since Covid they shrunk the level of not surprised this place has a 3.2 star rating! Seemed slow and disorganized. Also asked for 8 chick fil a sauces and got none. The lady at the window said the drinks straw was in the bag. There was no straw… also granola and dried berries in the little bag of toppings for the salad has shrunk. Also this time I was blown away at how little of a grilled chicken portion was in my salad, it was half the portion it used to. This place has been a let down. Saying my pleasure doesn’t make up for all your mistakes made when I order food.

I’ve been to this location twice and both times had issues with my order. There seems to be a problem with whoever is making/packaging the food. The first time my breakfast sandwhich was a spicy chicken patty when I ordered regular, the bag the sandwhich was in was also labeled regular. The second time my sandwhich had no pickles.. the best part! 🙁

Had an awesome experience at Chick-fil-A today. I accidentally spilled my drinks and ended up wearing them, which was honestly frustrating, but Hunter stepped in and completely turned my day around. He immediately replaced my drinks with no hesitation and was incredibly kind and understanding about it. Small moments like that make a huge difference, and his customer service really stood out. Chick-fil-A is lucky to have him. Thank you, Hunter, for making my day better!

Might be just me but employees probably shouldnt be changing trash bags in the trash and then going directly to hand out food without washing their hands when there are literally 25 other employees standing around. Literally had to stand there and look at my packaged food while the guy changed a trash bin. And I was the only customer present. You guys are always overstaffed and yet I’m waiting on somebody to change the trash to get my food handed to me from their unwashed hands.
Add to that chick fila couldn’t afford a dining room in Arizona. You guys suck. Always have.

Food was great. During breakfast time, the service is slow when it comes to pickup. I appreciate the warning of it may take a little extra time. But when it takes longer than the specified time it is not okay. Please work on a way of moving more efficiently.

When we ordered our food the gentleman taking it was rushing us and not asking what sizes we wanted our meals. And didn’t ask if I was done ordering when we needed more stuff. When we got our food they got it wrong, we asked for side salad and they gave us a kale without dressing and when we said it was wrong they made it seem like we were in the wrong. And as we where eating the frys were not salted at all and the food was Luke warm, not the Chick-fil-A experience we were expecting, we should have just gone to McDonald’s

Good food, friendly and fast service, especially for the first day. It’s a patio and drive thru only. There are two lanes for the drive thru, one for mobile orders, and the other is a standard drive-through.
They did their best with the smaller space. Follow their signs and be patient, it’s been open one day so far. Will return, food was hot and accurate.
