Terrible service. The staff were immensely rude and disrespectful — they cut me off as I asked several clarifying questions. I’ve been a customer at Hong Kong Kitchen for over 6 years. Since a new cashier/manager has come in my orders have been incorrect, service has been horrible, and the cleanliness of the space has declined. I’ve even seen a dying bird and roaches at the restaurant. I would not recommend eating at this restaurant. A health inspector needs to visit to assess the cleanliness and food safety practices. I’ve also experienced discriminatory practices with delivery.

I normally order from this place, but when I placed my order for a half pan party tray of General Tso’s chicken they over charged me. I had ordered from another company the same item and was charged $30.00. Hong Kong charged me $60.00 when I called to inquire, they told me that they only had the large size pan. I was told to not order from them next time. Really unprofessional customer service.

I’ve always liked it here. This was the first time in a long time. Only because I lived in Florida for 10 years. The food was not as good as it once was. But it was still pretty good. I’d go again. Probably will soon. I did order the lunch general tso chicken platter. It did not come with an egg roll. I was surprised. Egg rolls are my fav. I was already driving away before I noticed. So I can’t say what the quality is for them.
