Waited for fresh chicken, got back to work to find out this was a day old and reheated and given to me and my coworker as if it was just cooked. No time to get anything else and $25 thrown in the trash. We arrived at 11:15am to beat the crowd and were the only ones there. Disgrace!!!

While I came to this location I was there to pick up quite a lot of separate orders for my work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smile by 2 young gentlemen (I wish I caught their names but I didn’t 🙁 Any way they had all my meals and drinks ready as soon as I walked in and even helped me walk some iteams out to my car and held the building doors open for me. Made my day and made me feel like a princess, I hope the manger at this location watches out for them because they deserve any raise they ask for!!

Every time I come here they never have any food ready. They always have to start cooking the chicken after customers order which causes long wait time. It also seems like the restaurant is always understaffed. The workers look overwhelmed and there doesn’t appear to be any backup to help keep things running smoothly. Because of this customers end up waiting much longer than they should. This is not just a one-time issue it happens almost every time I come weather I go through the drive thru or I place a pick up DoorDash order. I like Bojangles but it’s frustrating to come here and constantly deal with the same problem. I hope something can be done to improve staffing and make sure food is prepared and available for customers smh

Ordered dinner 8 piece meal. Everything was hot and fresh. Greeted with a pleasant smile from an ALL male crew, with big smiles! Rell, was so helpful in placing my order. His crew was spectacular!!! The place was clean. Enjoyed having a pleasant conversation with such a great crew. Rell, said he trained them all. Hats off!!! It’s horrible to pull up to order meal and people are just nasty. No personality. Not here! These men were, joking, and just pleasant! Oh!!! The five that I saw, ATTRACTIVE…. parking is plentiful. Clean environment. The meal was fantastic! I will be back. Come out and try it for yourself. I’ve always had a great experience here.

My dog ate my food before I could finish it so I went back to buy myself another meal around 6:30pm tonight and after I paid and told the cashier at the window about my night he made my sandwich himself and made sure my food was my hot and fresh. I really appreciated his simple kindness.

This was the 1st time at this location that my chicken was not crispy and hot. My sweetie pie was not hot. The chicken must have been cooked hours ago and sitting in the box. I was very disappointed with my food. I believe the cashier probably is boxing up the $5.00 3 piece ahead of time before customers order them. This way he can continue on doing his own thing behind the counter.

I got the ‘chicken supremes’ advertised in the commercial. Been a while since Ive had their food since we only have 2 locations and they are VERY far from where I live. The biscuit, biggest Ive ever seen, tasted weird, the fries were good and so was the chicken. Might get it again, if I am in the area.

The manager that was working this day deserves a raise or a gift card. The manager and maybe like 2 other employees were running the whole show. And it was impressive! The manager was doing like almost everything by himself. Because his workers quit all at the same time. But even though things were challenging it did not stop the remaining crew from running the restaurant. The food was fresh and yes some stuff was out. But it did not stop the manager or his team from serving the customers. Thank you so much for your service and hopefully you can get a decent team in there.

We went in to grab a quick lunch after getting my son school stuff the store was clean the food was fresh and all the staff was friendly. My wife was couldn’t stop talking about how fresh and soft the biscuits were and my chicken taste like it was fresh out the grease. My son was happy to receive the the sweet treat BoBerry Biscuit on the house which was also fresh. This was a place we normally stop at but we will be back soon
