Addie is hands down the best Starbucks employee I’ve ever met! She’s always friendly, quick, and makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. She literally brightens my whole day wit her positivity energy, and she consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect.
And I also wanted to give a big shoutout to my guy Dominic as well. Every time I’m there he’s incredibly friendly, and professional you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. Thanks guys for being awesome!!!!

This location used to have great staff and service. But since they hired a bunch of new staff I always have a ton of issues ordering my drinks if its not something exactly on the menu. On occasion the staff has been sassy or rude even when its not busy. And generally they seem un knowledgeable.
I often have to send back drinks because proportions are way off. everything just seems very rushed and uncared for. its particularly disappointing because this used to be my favorite location and now i dread coming in

This is one of the best Starbucks in the area. I think I bypass 2 of them to come to this one. Customer service is always amazing and when they make a mistake they will own it and correct it. Plus… this is the only one that I can always get my cloud foam caramel coffee made perfectly. I always try to tell them they are the best and thank them for their service. Heads up… sometimes they are extremely crowded.

Could there be a Starbucks that’s not awesome! Well I guess a Starbucks is just as good as it’s staff. I come here about one weekend a month when I work at a location close to here. I happened to use mobile ordering but by mistake chose the pick up location for my usual Starbucks which is 15 minutes away. As soon as I realized my mistake I called the Starbucks where I had erroneously placed the order. They said it wasn’t a problem just show my order receipt to the person behind the counter and they’ll accommodate me. The person behind the counter kept insulting me while calling me “My love”. I needed to go to the Starbucks where I had ordered because they didn’t give out freebies. It was really insulting. I just paid for the coffee and will likely not go back to this location. They need to train their staff about the Starbucks culture and don’t patronize me by calling me “my love” if you’re going to treat me so disrespectfully.

Very good, as are most of the Starbucks. Staff is always pleasant. I usually use the drive up since I am almost always stopping when I am busy running errands. They were very nice and quick to get my drink to me.

This is, by far, the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been too. I’ve given them way more chances than I care to admit, and they’ve disappointed me every single time. Almost every time I’ve been there, they mess up my order. And the times they’ve actually gotten my order right, I’ve had to wait in the drive thru an excessive amount of time with only one other car in front of me. Today, I ordered a White tea peach infusion. When I got to the window after already waiting 3-4 min in line after ordering(with only one other car), it wasn’t ready because they couldn’t remember if it was sweetened or unsweetened. I would be a little more understanding if I was always going there during rush hour when it’s packed, but I go at 5:45am when it’s usually a ghost town. If they can’t get it right when they aren’t busy, I don’t even want to know how bad it is by 8am. I would give them 0 stars if I could.
