Extremely Disappointed
We ordered an EXTRA pepperoni pizza and were shocked to find barely any pepperoni on it, definitely NOT what we paid for. On top of that, the pizza wasn’t even cut all the way through, which made serving it a mess. For how many people were working in the store today, you’d think they could get ONE pizza right. Completely disappointed with the quality and lack of attention to detail. Do better, Domino’s.

I made the mistake of ordering carry out on a busy Friday evening. I got there a little early, because I wanted to get the pizza ASAP after it was done. I paid, was told mine was being made, then waited about 30 mins. I thought the wait was due to them having so many orders. Finally, a guy asked my name. My pizza had been sitting on the ” Ready for Pick-up shelf for who knows how long! I didn’t make a fuss, because maybe I should have asked before then, but I didn’t want to be a pest.

Domino’s is my favorite pizza place in Waynesville. We get pizza at least twice a month and that’s where we get it. I have a soy allergy so some other locations for pizza are completely out of the picture. I always do the car delivery so you just order on the app, check in when you get there and turn your hazard lights on. They bring the food right out. It’s always hot and really convenient.

This crew is top notch. When we first moved here, it was the best, actually it took us several years to try them again. This crew is great though. The food is always cooked to order, fast, and still hot when it gets here. The delivery people are always very friendly and polite. They have definitely saved me several times at the end of a long day. Thanks guys!

Order was wrong. When I called to get refund they made me wait to talk to three different people then wait so the manager could talk to his regional manager. The first 2 people I talked with were pretty rude and were like, ok, what do you want us to do about it, your order is already processed so we can’t refund your money. I told them I had to be at work in a few, and wasn’t able to wait for the right order to be sent back out which they didn’t even offer to do that. Horrible customer service.

Has been on point every time I get a pie. Sometimes their sufficiently friendly. They make the best thin crust in town for the money (imo). Order online and streamline the process without initial interaction with anyone, and if you payed with plastic it’s painless. I was told that it (food) could be delivered to your car in the parking lot of necessary or preferred. Store seems clean.
