My company recently had a workshop that Potbelly catered and man did they do an awesome job. They took our order last minute and got us everything in a prompt manner. The staff was super helpful and nice. And the lunch boxes were amazing! The subs were made great, toasted and they provided chips, cookie, peppers. Awesome experience.

I walked in there, wasn’t greeted, then when I ordered at the counter, a young man who makes the sandwiches didn’t even change his gloves, wasn’t wearing an apron, and when he went to put toppings on the sub, leaned forward and his dirty gray hoodie touched the sandwich, and I said something saying he should be wearing an apron and changing his gloves with touching different meats, that caused bacteria and then handling the cash register he didn’t even take his gloves off. Then, there was a long strand of hair on the papers they use to wrap up the sandwiches… this place is ran by younger kids who clearly don’t know how to run a business and their employees don’t take pride in their job!!! They didn’t even bag my sandwiches, chips or cookies or drinks, I had to ask for a bag!! I won’t be back here or do business with a restaurant that isn’t run properly! I should call the health department!

The food is always good at this location, but 2/15/26 seem like everyone was so quiet -very little acknowledgment or conversation-

I pulled in the drive-through to pick up my online order and was told to pull around in five minutes, so I waited five minutes and pulled back around. They told me it wasn’t ready yet. Still to pull back around in another five minutes or come inside, so I waited 10 minutes, then came in the drive-through and they told me “we’re not doing drive-through orders at the moment you have to come inside”. I proceeded to come inside and wait another 20 minutes for my food. Whoever was talking through the drive-through was also rude. I eventually got my food, and my girlfriends sandwich was missing ingredients that I put on as well as the ingredients I was asked to put on the side; I didn’t receive any of it. The worst part about it all is my girlfriend literally picked six different hairs off of her sandwich when we got home. She was so disgusted she couldn’t even finish the sandwich.

When I opened my sandwich and saw brown colored lettuce I was turned off completely, my husband also ordered a chicken club and they put bacon on his sandwich when he asked for the club without bacon.

I came to the store to pick up an order. It took 4 minutes for someone to acknowledge me yet. There were 4 employees working here. They all looked at me, but nobody said nothing, then. Finally, somebody approached me looking frustrated. Then turns out. My order isn’t even I’m ready or hasn’t even been started. Very unprofessional, here they need better management.I wonder why this place has no business
