I got here at 6:59 and they wouldn’t let me make my order. They said they already served their last person. You should put on your sign. You close at 6:59 not 7:00. It was before 7:00 when I got there. It’s Christmas Eve and you can’t make one exception. I got there one minute before you closed. That is poor customer service. Merry Christmas!!

Stopped in ordered a two piece meal had to wait ten minutes just to order I felt sorry for the girl working the drive through AND the counter so I was patient. No ice in the machine and the pop was room temp and flat. Floor was dirty. Hats off to the help for working really hard to do their best but I won’t be coming back

Resturant Door was open walked in with co workers for lunch and was kicked out without any explanations. Never going there again.. its short on staff and most employees are rude here with bad attitudes.. don’t recomend this place.. stay away from here..

What meant even more to me are the people who work there . Kind doesn’t even come close to how I feel.
I was stranded with a flat tire and damaged rim . I didn’t have my cell phone with and was desperate. I went in just to see if I could use a phone. Everyone there were so kind and helpful to me. I couldn’t have been more frazzled. They couldn’t have been nicer.
Not only did they take the time to let me use their phones and helped me with seeing who I could call, one very sweet girl actually drove me home !!
The people here go far above and beyond for people.
I’ll never be able to thank them enough!
I hope the owners know what good people they have there !

Website (and the front door) posts a closing time of 10:00 on Saturday night. I am a truck driver that HAS stopped at this KFC several times when at the truck stop for an evening. Walked to the door at 9:00 pm on 05/10/25. Door was locked. 3 staff were sitting in the dining room. Nobody came to the door. Called restaurant as I walked back to my truck. Was told dining room closes at 8:00 and that I could walk to the drive-thru window to place an order. Why did no one approach the door when they saw me try to open the locked door? Since I was at my truck I did not bother to walk back. Hate to say it, but one more business obviously doesn’t see the need to accommodate the professional truck driver. As much as it pains me, McDonald’s will get my business over KFC when in Mendota.

Spent 30 minutes waiting to order because they had a new guy working a register which is understandable. The problem came in is I waited another 20 minutes just for them to tell me they don’t have any pot pies and it’ll take 30 more minutes before any already. Then I got to wait 2 days for my money to be returned my card.

Doors locked at 8:20pm.. Suppose to be open till 9pm.. Be a good place to eat if it were actually open and not someone mopping floors avoiding eye contact..
