Long wait, because they cook when ordered, so they say. I ordered rib tips and fries , light bbq sauce, the food was very cold, and fries were hard and cold. It was appx. A 30-minute wait. They do have a sign stating that they’re not a fast food restaurant, that they cook when food is ordered, but the food was cold, all of it. And drenched with bbq sauce, you can sit at a table and order by scanning the Q code on the table.

incredible food. you can really tell that everything is made when you order and the chefs in the back take their time and effort with it. The ribs were cooked just right with good portions of sauce, fries were crispy on the outside soft on the inside, and broccoli tasted fresh (tho could use maybe a lil more salt). 10/10, will def come back here for lunch again

Rays to Go never disappoints!!! From the food truck and back in the building, his food is always consistent. The wait time is suitable for quality fresh food cooked to order. The best part is that Ray’s is opened on Mondays. They also offer alcohol beverages!!! Check them out.

I love the rice. Broccoli was good but lacked seasoning. Grilled fish was good, but wasn’t cooked as well done as I had requested. Person taking order did not advise of daily special before I ordered but luckily I had checked Facebook ahead of time and remembered to inquire about special. Best to pay with cash as they charge a 4% fee to pay with debit/credit card.
