DQ obviously only has two people doing everything. Slow.
They gave us our ice cream first. I had to put it in the freezer while we waited for our other food. Come on! Why the ice cream first?!
Our ice cream still melted, and I pointed it out and requested a new banana split.
Server acted like we, paying customers, were wrong to be there.
The food was good, though.

Dirty restaurant. Nobody speaks English.
I ordered a chicken fingers basket and a bbq bacon burger meal. It took almost 20 minutes to get my order, and when I did not only was the food cold, it appeared to have been held for HOURS.
The chicken was so hard and dry I couldn’t even bite through it. Fry’s? Cold limp, wrinkled and greasy. I didn’t even try the gravy because it looked like slime and smelled bad.
The burger was somewhat, I guess??
better but still cold with wilted lettuce and tomato that was obviously rotten.
I’d never set foot in this place again.
Also, they over charge.
28 dollars for a 4 piece chicken fingers basket with no drink and a bbq bacon burger meal?
Outrageous, not to mention it doesn’t match menu prices.
I’m glad I couldn’t eat it, because I probably would have ended up in the hospital with food poisoning.
This place should be closed down.

You guys need to bring back that girl that speaks English. Me and my fiance had to repeat our order several times. It was simple a medium peanut butter sundae and a banana split.

I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers with no mustard, then a third double cheeseburger with no ketchup. I wouldn’t expect that to be a difficult order to grasp, but somehow they couldn’t comprehend what I was asking. Relieved 2 burgers with no bun and just mustard. Whatever family was rotated into working this now is trash.

Not a very clean place, also there was a guy sitting Indian style on the freezer. Made me sick I about turned around and walked out then someone came to take my order. I will drive right on past this place next time.

I’m from the south and thought to get a standard medium Blizzard for the road. What I got was a small cup, and dissmal amount of dip chocolate and sparse amount of strawberries. I essentially paid over $6 for a small cup of vanilla ice cream. I needed to come in and ask what the small cup looked like, they apparently bought non-Dairy Queen cups that were embarrassingly smaller then my normally small DQ cup. I figured the Dairy Queen stardards is lost in translation with owners of the store… Never coming back. Beware of abnormal DQ service and food….

Twice in the last couple months,this place has ran out of chocolate ice cream! You need an app like the mcbroken that they have for McDonald’s shake machines that instead tells you if a Dairy Queen near you has chocolate LOL!!

Everything was pretty good. When I have eaten here it is good, but if you’re going to post that you’re open until 10:30 you should be. I arrived at ten to ten on Saturday and not only was it closed, there wasn’t a person in the building, so they obviously closed early enough to clean up and leave before ten. So I dropped one star rating because I had to settle for McDonald’s instead.
