We had an excellent dining experience at this restaurant, and the food was truly outstanding. The chicken was incredibly tender, cooked perfectly, and full of flavor. One of the highlights of our meal was the vodka pasta—it was so delicious that it instantly became my husband’s favorite dish.
The restaurant itself had a nice, decent atmosphere that felt welcoming and comfortable. Overall, we were very satisfied with our visit and would absolutely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and a nice place to dine. We will definitely be returning.

Always a favorite, grew up with the chateau. Waltham was the original, and now the Woburn location is incredibly convenient when I stay.
The sesame bread at the beginning is iconic. It’s soft bread, not a crunchy outer layer. But it is perfect.
The chicken parm is difficult to beat anywhere, are one of the originated of the fried ravioli, very old school.
The service though, for some reason is very distant. Especially when sitting at the bar.
I’m basing that on my experience, not the overall team there.
At lunch time, the bartender is eating lunch at a table, very difficult to get anything when she was on her phone and eating at a table during lunch.

We love the Chateau in Burlington, but thought we’d try the Chateau in Woburn, since our relatives are closer to Woburn and we wanted to take them out. Although we made reservations the day before, the 5 of us were told we had to eat at the bar side. Although it was quiet, it was still the bar. And the service was slow. Very slow. The appetizers finally came out with the main courses and probably sat in the kitchen awhile, as all were served cool. The food in Burlington even seemed better than the food in Woburn. It may be a chain, but not all locations are equal. My recommendation: Travel 10 minutes south and go to the Chateau in Burlington.

Was wanting some pizza and a brew then stumbled on this place. I was at the bar, but think the place should be rated higher than some posts.
Ashley, behind the bar is great. She’s very responsive and funny. Had some harpoon and a meatball, ricotta and green pepper pizza. The pizza was great. Nice crust.and flavorful meatballs. Will be coming back again the next time I am up in the area

I ordered steak tips medium rare, as I always do, with baked potatoe, and broccoli. Onion soup was extra salty and they used crotons instead of bread. Back to steak tips. They were well done, and the tips were extremely tough to cut as well as extremely fatty. Our waitress was very nice, polite and extremely apologetic. We knew it wasn’t her fault. We typically take home our leftovers, my boyfriend and daughter wouldn’t even take there leftovers home. Food was below substandard. Won’t be returning. The price of the meal and what we got wasn’t worth the price.

I have been getting the boneless buffalo chicken tenders for 20+ years. I do the french fries on the side also. The combo of these two is delicious. They give you celery and carrot and blue cheese. It is not too expensive for the quality of the food. They are always friendly and polite. I like the fact they have a few locations. Waltham is my usual spot but I like trying anywhere I feel like ai am in the mood for. The have good salads and pasta and the bread..i remember the fresh bread now.

My wife and I entered the restaurant slightly early as we had a reservation for 7. I spoke to Olivia the hostess and asked her were the men’s room was. She told me just come through here and follow the signs. As it turns out it was an employee location but I’ve never been there before and didn’t see the signs. On my way back to find my wife I was confronted by the rude, confrontational manager who was less than diplomatic about explaining why I couldn’t come through there. I explained that the hostess told me to go this way and I didn’t realize. He growled something else then immediately left. I spoke to Olivia and our server Kelly. they said they were sorry and I asked who the man was. They said show us who he was. I saw him. he stopped with them and I told him that he was extremely rude. I told him you never speak to a customer that way no matter what they do short of stealing. He never expressed any regret or offered to make amends. We had our meal, and left a generous tip. The ladies were not at fault and were very professional. I don’t know this manager’s name but I would highly advise retraining in customer service. I spent $260.00 today and believe I deserve more courtesy than what I was afforded. If he acted that way towards me I can only imagine how he treats his staff much less other customers. I would never recommend to any of my employees or friends coming here.

Gave 4 star for atmosphere as I got delivery. My food was hot when delivered and over all pretty good. I got pasta with meat sauce and a meatball, the flavors were there. The pasta dish was great, came with Italian bread and parm cheese on the side. However I was very excited to get a Greek salad because I was looking forward to the pepperoncini peppers and the feta cheese my two favorite parts, highly disappointed when both were missing and I essentially got a garden salad with black olives in it. Very sad about my salad but the rest of everything was phenomenal.
