THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST DUNKIN IN THE AREA !
I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this Dunkin’ location. I came through the drive-thru to order a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso, but what I received was a weak, milky drink with no espresso at all. When I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told the espresso machine was down because it was cleaning.
That explanation only made it worse — why would you knowingly serve a drink missing its key ingredient without saying anything? If the machine is down, just let customers know. Don’t try to pass off a drink that clearly isn’t what I paid for.
Thankfully, I tasted it before heading to work. I typically avoid this location due to past issues, but decided to give it another shot — big mistake. Once again, my time and money were wasted.
To make matters worse, I was offered a refund but only received $4 when the drink cost $7. Not only did I leave frustrated, I also left shortchanged. This felt like an intentional decision to serve an incomplete drink and then not properly refund me for it.
I hope this message reaches someone who will actually take steps to hold staff accountable and improve the service here.

Today, the young man working the drive thru rang up the wrong item which was more expensive. I pointed this out to him and he claimed the 2 differnt item were the same price. They weren’t. The item that I ordered cost $1.30 less. He proceeds to give me 75 cents back with an attitude. I dont budge until he gives me back the money he overcharged me. He gives me what he owes me, mutters some insult in another language and waves me off.
I never had this experience before at this location. I have had experience with the manager/owner and he was polite. But this guy was disrespectful and tried to dismiss me. Other reviews say that some employees are disrespectful and I can see why. The owner needs to do better with the people he hires. Not sure I will be back to this location.

Very disappointing! Needed a sugar fix and thought, don’t worry about the long line just get the donuts. My Boston Creme looked like it was missing a 1/4 of it’s size but as I drove, I started eating the donut. After a couple of bites, I kept asking myself why it taste more than the center. I looked down and it appeared the donut wasn’t fully cooked in the inside. I spat it out and threw it in the bag. I also brought 10 chocolate glazed donuts. One the 10th one, he discovered it wasn’t fully cooked and threw it garbage. I didn’t go back because I didn’t want them to dispute something to my face and call Calumet Police over bad donuts. I will just go to Indiana for my donuts in the future. Sorry about the photo.

I just left the drive through. The gentleman stated that he couldn’t make my medium decaffeinated iced vanilla latte because there is caffeine in the flavoring. I’ve never heard that before. The caffeine is usually in the expresso I don’t know if he feel like I’m stupid, but I didn’t appreciate the poor service. He wasn’t rude. He just didn’t seem like he wanted to service me.

Honestly, I used to really enjoy coming here. It used to be pleasant, the coffee was always made right, it seemed like the people who worked there love their job. My mom and I live in the area and frequently come in to get coffee and the last few experiences have been horrible. The people who work there are miserable and they treat customers extremely rude. If you do not like the area or the people who you provide service to, please leave our neigborhooods. We deserve quality food, see id just like anyone else. I will keep continuing to complain until things change.

Worst Dunkin’ Location- Every time I come to this Dunkin’, I swear I won’t be back, but somehow, I always end up giving it another chance, only to be disappointed again. Zero stars for customer service. Definitely won’t be returning.
