Food is very good and this location has some nice ambience. Why only 4 stars then? I eat at all the Mexican fast food places. The culture at Moes and Panchero’s is stingy. Ask for a little extra rice and prepared to pay.
While I slightly prefer Panchero food over chipotle, the chipotle stores will have a much better attitude towards the customer. I think it comes down to company cultures, which is so so or poor at Pancheros.

The guy did my order was a cheapo. Did not pack it on at all. The 1 scoop and less then scoop . After he did my order I see the female over fill her orders. I said something and he is like you did not want anything more. And charged me queso which I don’t kind but again he was cheap with it. The minimal amount he can give he gave. Smh. Will not come back to this place. Over price for nothing . As you can see not even full so many empty spots. I never complain. But just wow when I saw the female worker pack on the other orders.

Excellent stop for lunch. The food is flavorful and filling and the staff is pleasant and helpful. We will make this a regular stop. The chips and queso were very good.

I figured I would try this place out. I was surprised by the little things they did like grill the tortilla and mix the fillings. Doesn’t sound like a huge deal but it creates a more consistent taste and the burritos held together better. TL;DR: great tasting food

I’m usually positively generous with my critique, but unfortunately this experience was not pleasant. The tacos were cold and the toppings obviously not fresh, possibly days old. If not, it appeared days old. For the quality, the price point was too high. What happened to greeting the customer and explaining the process? Our first visit and definitely our last. I suggest reviewing “best practice” policies. As a Latino customer I expect Latino businesses to raise the bar, for their sake. Good luck.

This was my first visit to a Pancheros. I did not know what to expect ,but to my surprise is similar to another place that I usually visit for Mexican food. I had very little time to find a restaurant to eat. This location was close to my job and I thought I should give it a try. A co-worker gave me a sample of their food a few months ago. It was a beef taco without any fixings. The tacos with the corn shell and beef were delicious. It was enough to spark my taste buds and curiosity to visit the restaurant. I ordered two tacos and a burrito salad. The restaurant was full of patrons but they were able to assist me right away. I was very happy that it would not be too long due to my lunch time winding down fast. The options were displayed behind a glass and it was easy for me to suggest what I wanted on my tacos and what should be on the side. Of course it was too much to eat for one sitting. I ate half and asked for a to-go container. All of the employees were very nice. Thank you for making this a great first time experience.

Went there for the 1st and it was okay experience. Chicken did not tasted fresh and The quesadillas we’re so flaky and was okay not fun and too crumbled into the bowl. We had a burrito also that was okay The only thing I liked was them they mixed it up before wrapping it.
The only thing I like was the spicy sauce.
The place is bit pricey but would we go back again not too sure can I recommend someone to say wow it’s a good place to go not really it’s okay.
Also the ladies working and preparing food they did a good job The only thing they were lacking is communication English wasn’t there.
Friendly customer service would be a plus for the place.

The Ugly – I am having the worst food poisoning of my life from this place. I had 23 diarrhea events the following day, 19 the next and now am at 7 on day three of this adventure. For those concerned, next on the docket is looking up the nearest Urgent Care. I can confirm it stems from Pancheros as my friend is struggling similarly and the only meal we have in common was at Pancheros. I missed 3 days of work because of one tasty (in fairness to them it was delicious) burrito. I actually enjoy my job and now will be behind on work. I also missed out on a couple beautiful days to be outside. I did not get hot sauce or anything outside of my normal burrito.
The Bad – guac and queso are extra and the burrito came out to $15 which is a bit high.
The Good – I have eaten here a few times. I like that they mix all the food together. The quality of the tortilla is great.
One awful incident is more than enough to ruin my 4-5 other good experiences.
